My husband and I purchased this product about one month ago. He loves it! I was a bit apprehensive at first to try the nipple clips, but try we did. I believe the clips add to the sexual experience as a whole. The clips are made of metal, which makes them have a bit of weight when in use. I was surprised the first time we used them because they feel feather light in your hand, but wearing them is a different experience. The clips have a slight pull on your nipples, which creates a nice stimulation.

I have not taken off the rubber pieces on the teeth yet... I’m not sure if I really want to, but my husband wants to tighten them the next time. The clips have screws on them to be able to tighten or loosen the grip. If you’re a first timer, I recommend having them on the loosest possible setting. It was much better and did feel a bit painful at first, but then I got used to the feel of the clips, and they did not bother me at all. I believe it is the initial "first putting them on feeling" that is a bit of a surprise, and then your body gets used to having something grabbing a hold.
