Very good idea if you are new to nipple clamps. They allow for different level of pain depending on your mood. On their tightest setting, they can be strict enough to be enjoyed by more advanced users. I haven't tried it personally on any area other than my nipples, but the adjustable nature could mean it can work just fine for other places.

The chain connecting the clamps is light enough to not really add much weight, but it can be used to add weight if you want. The rubber tips can stick to your skin a bit and if your skin is dry, you can see the bits come off a bit. It's not really as bad as it sounds, just a little uncomfortable when you go to remove them. The rubber tips also have a tendency to come off of the clamps, but I found that super glue can fix the problem.

The clamps are adjustable, from a very tight fit to not even tight enough to stay on. It can be kind of difficult to put on if your nipples do not stick out far, but pinching them and holding them out helps.

You should wipe off the rubber tips, because sweat can accumulate. Also, super gluing the rubber tips on to the metal clamp will keep them from coming off and getting lost. They don't need to be cleaned too often and you can store it wherever you keep your other toys.

I personally enjoyed them very much. I was a beginner and these were my first pair of nipple clamps. I used the adjustable feature immediately and have recently gotten to the tightest setting on them. They are really comfortable once you get used to them and my boyfriend loves putting them on me. Definitely fun and worth the buy.
