Lone star - dildo by Vixen Creations, Inc - review by Hypnotic

I do have to say, I was very hesitant to spend the money to purchase this dildo. Dropping 90 or so bucks on a “toy” seems a little outlandish to me. But as I have learned, you get what you pay for. And this product delivers. I was truly stunned when I first pulled it out of the package and handled it. I started getting this giddy feeling in my stomach. Like oh boy...this is going to be good!

The VixSkin is supple, soft and amazing. It’s the most realistic feeling and looking dildo I’ve encountered. It is a magnificent beauty with its detailed head, shaft and balls. It even has realistic wrinkles on the balls and around the head with veins on the shaft. It’s surprisingly very pliable when squeezed and handled. The inner core gives this dildo the firmness it needs for heavy thrusting. The girth is not too wide and not too skinny. The balls and base make it very easy to be handled by yourself or your partner. It has a nice weight as well. The craftsmanship put into this dildo definitely makes it stand out amongst competitors. And as Vixen Creations has stated and I do agree, it’s more than worth every inch.

My only complaints are that the head of the Lone Star is not as pronounced as I would like and that it collects lint and fuzz. Using a hairdryer or patting it dry with a towel works wonderfully. It also warms to body temperature very easily or can be warmed to whatever temperature you like. I like to soak it in warm water before each use.

I, like many others, found out about a phthalate allergy the hard way. So the Lone Star being made of 100% premium silicone is very important to me. It can be cleaned with soap and or boiled for 3 minutes. I use antibacterial hand soap before and after each use. I find that washing it before use also removes any unwanted fuzz or lint.

The packaging is okay. I wish it was a little more luxurious. I mean, this is a very high quality dildo and to be frank, the packaging lacks in storability and fluff. I don’t have a toy box yet, so the clear plastic packaging is where my Lone Star calls home for now. But I guess it’s what’s inside that counts.
