The Lone Star is by far the most realistic dildo I've ever seen. It has a well shaped head, shaft and balls. I'm seriously in awe of this thing. The shaft has realistic, albeit a little bit large, veins and the balls and head have wrinkles. This doesn't sound attractive. Heck sometimes it looks kinda creepy. But sometimes it looks absolutely glorious. It's also made out of Vixskin, Vixen Creation's special silicone blend, so it feels nice and squishy. In use, it almost feels real.

The Lonestar also has an inner core that makes the shaft stand upright. It is pretty bendable, but it is clearly meant to stand at attention. This dildo also has a flat underside that makes an excellent stand both during use and during storage. The stand/balls are a little bit difficult to hold if you use this toy laying down, but a little bit of careful maneuvering can solve any technical difficulties.

The toy can either be held with the balls facing upwards or downwards. I find that the toy hits my g-spot better when the balls are facing downwards, because there is a very slight dip in the tip of the toy that makes the head point upwards.

This is an excellent thrusting toy since it is so smooth. However some might be bothered by the veins since they can be felt during use. I got used to them pretty quickly, but you might not. This toy does provide a good deal of g-spot stimulation, but since it is silicone, the stimulation won't be as firm as stimulation from other toys such as the Pure Wand (or other glass/metal objects). I wouldn't let this deter you from the product as the Lonestar provides so many other unique sensations due to its material and shape.

The Lonestar comes in a Vixen container (not the tube since it doesn't fit). The box is sturdy enough, although I wish I could have a tube because I love them so much.

The Lonestar can be cleaned with an antibacterial soap (I use a moisturizing soap) or it can be boiled for 3 minutes. It is imperative that you let this toy air dry before storing to preserve the feeling of the silicone. Others have suggested putting cornstarch on your vixskin, but I haven't found this in any of the directions provided by the manufacturer, which are printed on the storage box.
