The small silk dildo is a beautifully crafted, soft, pliable dildo that is excellent for both vaginal and anal insertion and play. If you are new to dildos and are looking for one that is not intimidating as well as one that won't cause the pain of stretching the vagina or the anus uncomfortably, this dildo may be right up your alley.

The rather small shaft, as well as the light weight, of the dildo makes it perfect for beginners. The small silk is also harness compatible and, if you are new to harness use and searching for a dildo to begin with, I highly recommend this one. I adore the shape of this dildo as well as the design. The small silk is purple, but it isn't just a plain, flat purple color. The silicone seems to be mixed and is iridescent in appearance. Laced in the beautiful light purple is a lighter purple which helps the dildo to shine when held beneath a light, such as a lamp.

The toy is designed with a large, round base that is intended to prevent the dildo from traveling too far into the vagina or the anus. Really, you don't want to have to call an excavation team to retrieve a purple floppy cock from either region. The shaft of the dildo, from base to tip, measures at about 3 and 3/4" in length and about 1" around, leaving it able to smoothly sail into the dark caverns of the body. The petite design of the dildo is intended to leave it easy to insert, and it succeeds greatly in that area. Using only the natural lubrication from my body, I was able to insert the dildo with no problem. I recommend, though, that if you use this dildo you may want to use a good water based lubricant to start, just to get a feel of how this dildo works for you.

I do not own a harness, even though this dildo is harness compatible, so I cannot provide any input as to how this performed with a harness. I should be smacked with a wet noodle for not having a harness, but I'm working on it!

The only thing that I can think of that would make this dildo not so great is if you enjoy larger toys. This dildo, as I have stated before, is rather petite. If you're a size king or queen and do not find pleasure in smaller toys, I would not recommend this for your collection.

The silicone of the dildo is non porous and is easy to care for. You have the option of either cleaning the dildo with warm water and soap after use or boiling it. Either method you decide to use will sterilize the dildo for sharing, if you decide to share with others. I always suggest, though, using condoms when sharing to protect your sexual health as well as that of your partners.

To store, place in a plastic bag as the silicone is rather clingy and attracts things such as dust, hair, and other small particles when left out in the open. You can either place it in a bag with your other toys or place it in a side table drawer.

If you decide to use lubricant with this dildo, only use water based lubricant. If you use anything other than water based lubricant, your small silk will look like the Wicked Witch of the West after Dorothy poured water on her. Yelling "it's melting! Melting!" is really a mood killer as well as having a horribly misshapen, and ruined, cock.
