In my opinion, size queens have it all wrong! I personally enjoy thin dildos more than thick dildos. This thin dildo won't cause pain the way thick dildos can. For many women, knowing that they are not going to feel pain allows them to relax and focus on having a stronger orgasm! In addition, with a small dildo it is easier to focus on sensations in specific parts of the vagina - like the G-spot - instead of experiencing sensory overload.

The material is silicone. This is a nontoxic toy without any smell. Silicone lubricant should not be used with this toy since the dildo is also made from silicone. This dildo is very flexible and comfortable.

Although it is difficult to see in the picture, the silicone material has faint swirls in it. (The surface is completely smooth though). It's a beautiful toy!

The only things I don't like about this dildo are that the internal tip is curved and thus can rub the vaginal wall a little raw with excessive use, and the dildo is too thin to put some cock rings on. (The cock rings may slide up and down the dildo.)

Since the dildo has a flat base, it can be used with double-sided suction cups. For example, there are hand shaped and foot shaped products on Amazon that have about twenty small suctions cups on each side of these products. One side is meant to stick to a shower wall and the other side is meant to hold a shampoo bottle. These products provide excellent suction because if one or two of the small suction cups fail, the other small suction cups will still hold the dildo up. Genius, right? The only downside to this method is that the base of the dildo cannot pivot like the Silicone crystal cote dildo can. If you prefer a product with only one suction cup on each side, I would recommend looking into products such as the Sex in the Shower double-sided suction cup, though I don't know if said product would be compatible with the base size of the Small silk dildo.
