I am extremely pleased with this toy and the only suggestion I have: for anal, if using a strap-on harness in the doggie position, it works best if positioned curving downwards. Besides that, if you choose to purchase this toy, have fun, and prepare to be satisfied; I know I was. The size is no judge of the Slim Jim's effectiveness, I know this from experience. This toy is small, but it packs a powerful orgasmic punch. It far surpassed my expectations.
