If your body had a mouse...this would be it.
Great clitoral vibe that is both versatile and fairly silent. This toy would make a good addition to either solo or couple play and offers enough versatility in vibration strength to please almost anyone.Published: March 10, 2011
Pros:
Quiet, Easy to Clean, Powerful, Water Resistant, Non-Porous
Cons:
Elastomed can make this toy slippery when wet
One of the first things you'd notice when taking this out of the box is that it fits really well into your curved hand, so there is little to no hand strain which means you can use this comfortably for a loong time. Once you realize that the smaller end is in fact not the business end, it is so easy to find a million uses for this little compact vibe. The curve goes very easily over the neck, shoulders and other places just as easily as it does the fun ones. Its shape also makes this a neat couples toy and can easily be used during sex or foreplay without it getting in the way.
The vibrations of the toy is fairly quiet, and the variety in the vibrations means that you have everything from "oh that feels good" to "OMG." I was surprised at the span that this toy really offers when I first used it. The starting level of vibration is gentle enough for those who don't want strong vibrations but also for those who need something that can provide very strong vibration. You would never guess this toy takes 2 AAA from the way it feels! The pulsation programs included in this toy are also a ton of fun as well. The design of this toy provides the controls right at your fingertips, so it's simple and easy to go from soft to hard in seconds. The vibrations also feel a little higher then some of the vibrators out there, so they penetrate more deeply and feel different then most traditional vibrators I've tried. It is also surprisingly quiet and is easily muffled by a blanket or your own body making this a great toy for when you aren't the only one around.
Since it is also water resistant, clean up is a breeze, so you'll be more likely to use or try to use this in more situations. Since this is made out of Elastomed, you have your choice of lubricants. Like many of the other Fun Factory toys the quality is great! I can be a little hard on my toys, and the ones I love get used at least a couple times a week if not everyday. My LAYAspot lasted over 3 years for me. Most vibrating items for me only last about a year at best, so you are getting a great lifespan for your money with this toy.

Quote: Do people think this is better or even comparable to the Nea or Bswish's Bcurious?not sure but we have the Laya and the better than chocolate ( the music ed) both have their good points, but the laya is a little smaller and compact. Both were really well tho and the music seting is fun feature!

waiting and wanting!

RadRachSo my partner and i decided to check out this site and order a bunch of new items. I just ordered the LAYAspot and it should be here friday! Ehh i cant wait! How does everyone feel about this cute toy? -
reading the MANY many reviews on the toy will give you a good idea about the overall feelings and consensus of the toys.

it's nice that there are so many user submitted reviews on this site. it's so hard to choose a toy, especially an expensive one, with only the manufacturer description.

LayaSpot Questions
-
So, I just posted a review of this toy on my blog and and am rereading some reviews here. I am seeing some discrepencies and have a few questions for you.
Some reviewers state that this is a waterproof toy but my instructions clearly state that it is only splashproof. Perhaps the instructions have changed? Maybe Fun Factory decided it wasn't really waterproof? If you have this toy, what did your instructions say?
Furthermore, a few people said that they received silicone based BodyFluid with their LayaSpot but I received their water based lube and, again, my instructions said not to use silicone based lube (I believe, can't find them).
Also, I think it's just me but my Layaspot pretty much smelled god awful when I got it. Anyone else?
Just looking for different experiences with these things.. -

I am seeing some discrepencies and have a few questions for you.I've heard that fun factory toys can stink to high heaven, and I have no idea why they would because they're supposed to be 100% silicone. I have other silicone toys and they don't smell at all. Maybe it's not the toy itself but the packaging that surrounds it? Sorry I'm not much help, but the smell that people talk about with FF toys is enough for me to be wary of buying one.

I am seeing some discrepencies and have a few questions for you.I have since pitched my instructions, but I think mine said splashproof rather than waterproof. I got the Toyfluid (water-based) lube, and mine was smell-free! All of my FF toys have been totally odorless, actually.
