For me, a pair of nipple clamps is a must—be it cheap wood ones that you get from somewhere local like Michaels, or from sex toy stores, with much broader and visually appealing selections. Cal Exotics’ Bull Nose Nipple clamps are an adorable set, complete with latex coverings on the teeth to keep the nipples from bruising, or getting unintentionally scarred, during use. Connecting the two nipple clamps is a metal chain, great for tugging on or attaching weights to for different sorts of play for the wearer. They’re a very versatile pair that can be used by those who like more pain and by those who prefer to just wear them for looks.

These clamps are great not only because they fit a wide variety of people’s preferences when it comes to pain, but they also fit a wide variety of nipples. The bull nose nipple clamps are able to spread to about 3/4”, which is a good size and will fit most people. 10” spreads the length of the chain, allowing a lot of room for size in terms of both the person’s upper body as well as length for tugging. A personal favorite of mine is tugging in a waving motion, but many people also enjoy weights.

On the top of the clamp is a screw that helps with adjustment, allowing you to “up the ante” on a partner or yourself and tighten the nipple clamps bit by bit, unscrewing the screw as the nipple clamps close. The screw isn’t exactly what I’d call the best or most sturdy in the world; its tail is very thin, and seems like it might break if too much pressure is put on it. I would be careful with the screw, just to keep from it breaking.

Before buying this pair of nipple clamps, you may want to keep something in mind: nipple clamps aren't something that you can wear easily if your nipples are very small, flat, or don't protrude much—the clamp will not take to the nipple and will not stick on properly or give any pleasurable effect. If you do try, it could result in more than a desirable amount of pain. They are best for nipples that are more erect and stick out a bit.

Since I'm into giving more intense pain with nipple clamps, I didn't prefer these little ones to others such as the Butterfly nipple clamps. Regardless of my preference, I rate these a full five stars, because they’re well-made, and last for a really long time.
