Use

The Tenga Egg Twister is a single use, self contained masturbation kit for men. Unless you have a wife like me! I wanted to use this egg on my husband and, Wow!, what a view! This is one fun, hot-looking sleeve that was worth every penny! So, I will have to add couple play with a bit of voyeurism to the list of who and what this one is for.

The sleeve needs to be used with your hand or hands, depending on the stimulation you are looking for with this. It stimulates the penis from the head down to the base, and gives a great view while doing so. I chose to use two hands and give it a slight twist while I pulled down. The material is so stretchy, it gave me a perfect view of his hard, excited penis when I pulled it down to the base.

Tenga eggs are also a great option for traveling, as a pump sleeve (just br careful you do not pop through the top), and (with a vibrating egg inside), an exciting foreplay stimulant for men and women.

Material / Texture

There are 8 textures inside this toy, Twister, Wavy, Spider, Clicker, Stepper, Silky, Sparkle and Twinkle. We chose the Twister, which has lined up, extruded notches inside. This made for a great drag and feeling when used for stimulation.

The egg is made of silicone, which rates a 10 on the safety scale, is nonporous and safe for sharing after cleaning. The silicone has no odor or taste to the material. The egg is very plush, squishy and stretchy, which added to the texture and appeal.

This is a great item for beginner to advanced users and has a few different uses and feelings, depending on how you twist, turn and tug on it. The head can poke a hole in the top if you are not careful, but if you use this as a disposable travel toy it won't matter.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

The Tenga Egg comes in a hard plastic egg that pulls apart in the middle, like the plastic eggs used at Easter. It has a plastic seal that you need to tear off prior to cracking the egg open. Inside is a soft, white, egg-shaped piece of silicone that resembles a hard-boiled egg. As a matter of fact, this would be a great gag gift for anyone reaching into the fridge after Easter wanting a hard-boiled egg! (Okay, sick sense of humor, but you have to admit-it would be funny!)

Inside the egg is a finger shaped piece of plastic used as a stand and a travel pack of a Japanese lube. We tossed the lube since there are no ingredients list and we like to know what our lubes contain. This is a self-contained masturbation kit that is easy to hide, use it, get off and toss.

Since this little 3" x 2 1/2" egg will stretch to accommodate a 9" length, this is a great item for every size man. This worked very well for my husband and even better for me, visually. I got the bright idea to try a vibrating egg inside and it made a wonderful toy for me as well! We are being very careful to keep this whole and clean for multiple uses.

Care and Maintenance

The Tenga Egg is made to be used, put back in its case and thrown away. However, if you are like us, we clean ours with soap and water, let it air dry (it does like lint), and then rub a bit of cornstarch on it to keep the stickies away. We store it inside the plastic egg for the next time we want to use this egg.

Follow-up commentary
Grab a few Tengas for your husband this Easter, add a good water based lubricant, a leather and a vibrating cock ring and some egg-shaped candies to make him an Easter Basket he will never forget!! Just make sure to remind him that the Easter Bunny needs an extra special thank you that only your husband can deliver.

My husband and I play with all out toys together and write our reviews with the other person's comments, thoughts and quotes in mind (and written in my handy little review notebook). He really likes this for traveling and tossing. I like the ability to keep reusing them if you care for them properly.

  • Fleshlight
    • How does it compare to the fleshlight feeling?
    • Alan says there's no comparison; Tenga egg is more like an enhanced hand job, but the right Fleshlight is like "gettin some strange" (his words, not mine.. LOL)

  • Tenga Eggs and Foreskin?
    • So I'm curious because I'd love to get my boyfriend one of these. He is not circumcised, meaning he has his foreskin (thank goodness :D ) but that makes we wonder how well these would work for him. See the reason I ask is because his foreskin occasionally will get caught or pinched in a condom, and I know those are significantly tighter, but I'd hate to buy him something that ends up being uncomfortable.

Any uncut guys have experience with these toys and can give me some insight?
    • I hate bumping my own posts but I'm looking for an answer ASAP... I'd like to place my order for other things tonight, and it'd be great to tack this onto the order rather than buying it separately and paying separate shipping.
    • Sorry I'm late.

My Master is also uncut and I got him a couple of Tenga eggs over the past few months. He says they're really enjoyable and they don't hurt. I do rec that your boyfriend uses lube with it, though.

  • Where have all the Tenga Eggs gone?
    • I'm not sure if I keep missing when these come back in stock and they just get bought up really fast or if they just aren't ordering any more. But My partner adores these eggs and would really like to try the Sparkle or Twinkle. However I've never seen them available. Anyone know what is going on with this?
    • I believe that the Tenga Sparkle and Twinkle were 2010 seasonal limited edition, so EF may not be able to get them in stock again at all. Perhaps you can file a support ticket, though, and inquire as to whether or not they will ever return to stock.

:( I have been wondering why those are always out of stock myself. I really want to get one of both Twinkle and Sparkle for my SO, but I have yet to see them stocked myself.

  • Tenga Egg Material
    • I know EF has the eggs listed as being silicone but I wondered if anyone has actually flame tested one of these cute little guys.

Reason I ask is because I went searching the tenga website when someone (and I cannot for the life of me remember who) wrote a review and were unsure of the egg lotion being water or silicone based.

When I stumbled onto the tenga canada site and saw the specs for the egg it said there they are actually made of Elastomer.

So has anyone taken science into their own hands about these little suckers?
    • Hmmm very interesting indeed...

We've never used one of the eggs, but I'm very interested in knowing the answer to this. Not that it would make a super huge difference simply because they're so cheap and disposable.. I wouldn't mind if it was Elastomer as opposed to silicone. I'm still gonna get one :)
    • Oh for sure. It just would make a whole lot more sense right. Like why it is so disposable, why it does not seem to matter what lube you use.

  • Single use?
    • I'm wondering exactly why these are only single-use. I've read most of the reviews, but still do not understand exactly why (I would have commented, I just wanted to make a general discussion). Since it's silicone, shouldn't it be..? Or is it a really low-grade or soft silicone or something?

      Thank you!

      Hi Sir!

We have one and we've only used it once so far, but the top of the egg appears to be thinning, like it will break with one or two more uses. I think it is the grade of silicone, however, I really do think they can last more than one use. Many people I know who use them get at least a few uses out of them.
    • Glad someone posted on these because I'm infinitely curious about them. I hope someone does a video because I still can't get a good idea of how these work just by looking at/reading about them.
