Think Pink for Slink.
A high-quality water-based lube that is ideal for general use, Pink Water is silky smooth and feels natural. It comes packaged in a convenient pump bottle, so no time or effort is spent trying to get it when you need it.Published: May 2, 2010
Pros:
Glycerin free, handy pump bottle, feels very natural, stays put.
Cons:
Doesn't last very long, requires frequent reapplication.
Follow-up commentary

I still really like Pink Water, and I'm now annoyed by any lube not packaged in a bottle with a pump top. My only real gripe is that while this lube doesn't get sticky or really dry out, it does thicken and lose its slippery-ness, making frequent reapplication necessary. I bought a 6.7 ounce/200 ml bottle, and it only lasted me 2 months. I have never gone through that much lube in such a small amount of time, so I'm not sure if this is an economical choice for me. But Pink Water is still a great lube for all the reasons I cited in my original review.
Bottom line: It's a high-quality product that I thoroughly enjoyed using until I ran out, but I'm not sure if I'll buy it again.

I love the Pink silicone, so I'm surprised to hear the water-based is no good.

Length?

Which lube do you find lasts the longest without getting gross?

System JO seems to work pretty good for water based lubes, Better Sex essentials is the best I have tried when it comes to Silicone based.

I love pink silicone. The stuff lasts forever, but if we're talking water-based, so far I've been liking Blossom Organics (which I think is only sold on their website), but I don't have tons of experience with the water-based stuff.

packaging

how much does packaging influence your purchase? for me, the gawdy and tacky packaging is a total turn off- even if it has high ratings! should you really judge a lube by its cover?

I agree, I tend to be turned off by ridiculous packaging. I like things to be nicely designed and I am definitely more inclined to purchase those sorts of things.

In general no I wouldn't be turned off a highly rated lube if I didn't like its packaging. I'm not buying it for what it looks like, I'm buying it for how it works.

Thank you for viewing Pink Water – lubricant review page!

Welcome! Nice review, thanks!
This is great! I'm pretty devoted to Pink's silicone lube but have been looking for something to use with my toys. Looks like I'm on the path to serious brand loyalty.
I like pink silicone lube so I guess it's time I stop procrastinating and order the water based variety!
Thanks for the review!
I can't try this one, but sounds like it worked well for you
