The main reason why I wanted to try the pink water is because I tried the pink silicone lube and I fell in love. Compared to silicone based lube, this is just like water. The texture of the pink water is a solid in between. The pink water isn’t as thick as silicone, but it isn’t as thick as water. I do wish it was little bit thicker, but for a water based lube it's very good. When you first put it onto your hands or whatever body part it's pretty cold. What I've been doing is running the bottle under warm water but not hot. This way when you pour it out of the bottle it's warm instead of cold.

The pink water lube comes inside of a pump bottle so getting the lube out of the bottle is very easy. You don't have to worry about making a mess or it getting all over the pace. When poured onto the body part or toy. It does run, but at a very slow pace. I put a droplet that the top of my hand and it took it a good 15 seconds to reach the middle of my hand. I personally don't think that, that is considered thin lube. It does stay in place so when poured onto the vagina you don't have to worry about it running to your butt like it's watered down counter parts.

The pink water lube doesn't feel sticky or greasy. When poured onto the hand it feels like water but when it comes to drying up, it doesn’t leave you feeling sticky. It dries up and then pretty much disappears. It also leaves your skin feeling a little softer, so it does have moisturizing properties. If the lube did happen to get onto your clothing or the bed, you don't have to worry about it staining your items. It dries up pretty fast and it doesn't look like anything was there. The pink water lube has a very smooth and velvety texture.

The pink water lube doesn't have a smell, so it’s perfect for those who have sensitive noses. You don't have to worry about pouring it on you and then after your room still smells like it hours after. You don't have this problem at all. The pink water lube also doesn't have a taste; at least it doesn't to me. My boyfriend said it does have a slight taste but he can't put his finger on what it is. He said it isn’t gross, but it’s different. It would be perfectly okay to use for oral sex if the taste doesn't bother you.

The pink water lube does its job. It's like any normal lube. I've only had to apply it multiple times during sex, and when I mean multiple times, I mean only once other than the first application. The bottle is all white but has some colored writing on it. It says pink water on the front and the back of the bottle has information about the product on the back. It doesn't scream lube, so you can give it as a gift. It's perfect for travel because you can just put it into your bag and head out the door. The bottle does have a blue protective seal on it. This lets you know that it's brand new and it's never been open. If you do happen to get one that doesn't have this, or it isn't properly sealed, I would recommend not using it and contacting the store you bought it from.


The pink water lube is dispensed by a pump top. The top isn't messy at all and it lets out a decent about in one pump, but just like the silicone pink it does come with a protective cap that goes over the pump. I don't really feel like it's needed, but it's nice to have that extra protection. With or without the cap you can lay down the bottle and don't have to worry about it spilling out and getting all over other items.

The pink water lube does have a list of things that it's made from. If you’re unsure what you are allergic too, I'd recommend putting a dab on your inner wrist and wait to see how your body reacts to it before you apply it to your vaginal or anal area. If this item does pass the spot test but you find overtime that you feel any discomfort. You should DISCONTINUE use.
