I did want to talk about video review pointers tonight. I think the biggest thing is people need to watch their videos before submitting them. I would even suggest not even submitting your first couple videos until you get the kinks worked out of it.

That is where admin assigns you a review. Think of it as a bonus from the EF gods.

A push assignment is one that Admin sends to a reviewer. They are usually items that have not been selected yet as an assignment. They do not count towards your free monthly selection.

Maybe that is where I was able to request products that were not available yet...
You can request manufacturer ones as long as you don't have one outstanding. Once you write your you can request another manufacturer one if there is one that you like.

It's just the term we use to describe an assignment that an admin has assigned to you. It usually refers to assignments for students, descriptive reviews, video review assignments, Porn Club assignments, or Naked Reader assignments.

Generally 3 minutes is max for a standard video review. It can be longer if for example you are comparing items. However, much longer and people will lose interest.

I have noticed a few that are so dark, any tips on getting it light enough or do you just crank the crap out of the lights?

This is absolutely totally fantastic advice. I've seen a bunch of videos that probably should have been redone, and I've reshot a whole bunch of mine because after I watched them, they weren't as good as I thought they'd be.

no more than 4 mins if you can help it. I tend to lose interest after about 3 if there's nothing unique about the video.

Unless it's preapproved by Carrie Ann. I did a very long video for the Seed BUT I told CA about it first and she said it was OK and to let JR know. But I checked with her BEFORE I posted the video
