Lelo's Luna Pleasure Bead System makes practicing those all important and all too easy to neglect kegels a snap. As an added bonus, they provide gentle vibrating stimulation as the user moves around.
The four balls can be used individually or in pairs. This means that they provide a 5-in-1 weight training kit.

The beads are composed of a smooth, hard plastic outer shell and two solid internal beads. As the smaller beads bounce around the shells they provide a gentle vibration. The girdle is made of smooth silicone.

The system includes four beads in two different weights(28g and 37gs) and a silicon "composition girdle."
Each pair of beads includes a "crown bead" and and a "foundation bead". The "foundations" have a "retraction leash" and can be use alone or blaced into the "composition girdle" to be used with a "crown bead."

To use alone, insert one of the "foundation beads" into the vagina. To use as a pair, place two balls in the provided connect and insert into the vagina.

While the price of this kit is certainly higher that its competitors, remember that this is a 5-in-1 system. In contrast, a set of Uno and Duo Smartballs, while comparable in price, gives the user only two settings.

Avoid silicone lubes when using these beads with the silicone girdle. Additionally, you'll want to avoid exposing these to high temperatures and direct sunlight.

Cleaning these is a snap. Just wash these with soap and water, sex toy cleaner or similar body safe cleaning solution before and after use.
