These are very simple to use and provide huge benefits. There are two sets (colors) of balls which are different weights. As I experimented with what worked best for me, I mixed the different weights to give four options. This allowed me to adjust as needed based on my progress and planned activities or exercises. Once inserted, I was able to do the exercises in the instructions while I sat watching television or in the bath. More challenging was using them while moving about the house or while in the shower. As you are active, the weight moves inside the outer plastic causing small sensations that help the vaginal muscles contract and remind you to squeeze.

These balls are great for beginners and experts alike. It is not a toy intended to stimulate you to orgasm or be used during sex. However, it does stimulate the vaginal and PC muscles to build strength, endurance, and control. This provides many long term health benefits. One of which has been increased pleasure during sex due to the improved muscle tone.

Maintenance is very simple with this product since there are no batteries, motors, or electronics. This can be cleaned with toy cleaner and warm water. I will air dry them and sometimes towel dry them if I am in a rush. To change the weights, you simply slip the retaining sleeve off one of the balls and replace with the other color. There is a slight curvature to the area of the sleeve which encompasses the ball to provide proper orientation. This is very subtle and may be hard to see in poor light.
