Absolutely wonderful!

The Tenga Egg wavy is a wonderful silicone male masturbation sleeve. It is very flexible for those of us who are above average girth. It is easy to maintain, inexpensive and most importantly: extremely pleasurable and fun to use!

Use

The Tenga Egg wavy is the first masturbation sleeve I have ever used. I was impressed by how easy it was to pour lubricant into the egg. For men who are a bit larger in terms of girth, there is often a concern about penetrating a masturbation sleeve. The Tenga Egg is so flexible that it can easily stretch to fit over both of my hands without breaking.

Inserting yourself or fitting the lubricated Tenga Egg over your penis is very easy. Once you are inside it is easy to figure out a number of ways to use the Tenga Egg to stimulate the penis. One way that I have found that works well when using the Tenga Egg on others is to hold the entrance of the Egg to the base of the penis with one hand and then pull the rest of the Tenga Egg up to stroke the rest of the penis. Pulling the Egg up so that you have more room to stimulate the head of the penis is extremely pleasurable. Since the entire inside of the Tenga Egg is textured fully encasing the penis in, the Egg will transfer stimulation to the entire penis no matter where or how you are moving the rest of the Egg.

The Tenga Egg has been very helpful for men I have played with who have difficulty achieving orgasm. It takes some of them hours to have an orgasm most of the time, even with a variety of acts and toys. The Tenga Egg is capable of helping me bring them to orgasm in a matter of minutes.

Material / Texture

The Tenga Egg is made from very soft silicone that can stretch a surprising amount. I'm about 5.5 inches in circumference and I can stretch the Egg over both of my hands and easily have room to still fit my penis inside of it if I wanted to. It does not have as much of a "lint magnet" effect that you see with a lot of silicone toys. The "wavy" texture can most easily be described as "Heavenly." While the texture of the "wavy" and some of the other eggs looks a bit sharp or pokey, the soft silicone creates sensations of random changes in pressure rather than scratching. Because the Egg has only one opening, there can be a bit of suction during use, but this seems to be mitigated by how stretchy the silicone is. Air easily slips into the Egg if you want it too. You can easily create an air tight seal with your hands if you want.

The Egg wavy and the other eggs that I have tried all lack an odor.

The Egg is also very durable. While marketed for one time use, I have used one more than five times before I started to think it might rip soon. I probably could have gotten another 2-3 uses out of it before it ripped.
    • Flexible
    • No odor
    • Textured interior

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

The Tenga eggs are all rather discreet. Unopened they just look like eggs that you might get from a gumball machine. Once opened and used, it is easy to hide if you need to. Too many people would think an open Egg may just be a random white blob in someone's room or on someone's desk. It resembles as a stress ball a bit. There is nothing that resembles genitals on the Tenga Egg (other than the fact that there is a hole).

Because of the degree that the egg can stretch, even men with penises of far above average girth can easily use the egg. Is it possible for two (or more) guys to share one egg at a time.
    • Beginner
    • Discreet look/design
    • Will fit most people

Functions / Performance / Controls

I tend to travel in circles with guys who have difficult achieving orgasm. While the egg is not very impressive when you look at it, it preforms extremely well. One guy that I have dated, normally took hours of work to get him to cum, had an orgasm in about 5 minutes using the egg on him. The Egg might not have bells and whistles and impressive packaging, but it delivers every time for me and any other guy that I use an Egg on.
    • Easy to use
    • Very stimulating

Care and Maintenance

Preparation of the Tenga Egg is quick and easy. You simply take the egg out of the packaging and squeeze some water based lube into the opening, squeeze the egg a bit to move the lube around and you are good to go. After use, it is pretty easy to turn the egg inside out and rinse away anything that happened to be inside of it. I have been able to wash out eggs that have previously been used with soap and hot water and used them again without much of a problem. With continued use, I have noticed that the Egg will start to get a little bit stretched out and will start to look like it is ready to break during use (after about 5 or more uses, depending on how much you stretch it). I kept a certain egg to use on a single partner and I have noticed that while the smell of their semen is a bit noticeable, the Egg did not pick up any of that smell. Or, the smell of the soap I used to clean it.

After I wash the inside and outside of the egg, I like to turn it inside out, stuff the smooth inside with a dry paper towel and let the textured side fully air dry. I'm a bit of a tech geek, so even when the egg is textured side out it just looks like some random piece of tech equipment. Also since the Egg is all white it helps it to blend into the background.

I wouldn't risk trying anything other than water based lubes with the eggs. My preference is wet lite.
    • Easy to clean
    • Easy to store
    • Low maintenance

Packaging

The Egg comes in some of the most adorable packing I have ever seen. The Japanese "Kawaii" factor kicked in with this. It is bright and clean, unoffensive, with just enough of a metallic hint to make it look high tech.

While it is extremely easy to crack the Egg open, it isn't easy to put the halves of the Egg's packaging together again. I usually keep the halves around to use to kind of protect the Egg after cleaning it.
    • Discreet looking packaging
    • Minimal

whoops. meant to put this under a different topic!
    • From what I've seen, the general consensus is that the Tenga Eggs are pretty nice for the price (rhyme not intended, haha!). A lot of people recommend them to guys as first-time strokers, since they're cheap and disposable.

Before asking questions like this in the forum, though, read a few of the reviews. I find that it's usually helpful to read at least one from someone who really liked it and one from someone who didn't, so you can get an idea from both sides. :)

  • tenga+strap-on?
    • I don't know why, but I keep fantasizing about jerking off my strap-on/hard pack cock with a tenga egg. I feel kinda ridiculous about it but WHY NOT POST IT ON HERE (oh god my tumblr is showing)

I know some of y'all have talked about getting head on your strap-on...but this just seems a little weird. I have had fun jerking off my strap-on cock every once and a while too..

Has anybody had similar ideas/experiences? It's kinda the psychological aspect, like with getting head, I guess?

(And so it wouldn't be a waste, I'd give it to my partner to use after I've had my fun, seeing as I'm not gonna cum in it...)
    • I wouldn't mind it, I'd probably like it more if my partner was the one playing with it for me though haha.
    • Actually I have a couple different Feeldoes, and I have thought about using our Egg on it as well. Then I reember there are better ways to get an orgasm from my Feeldoe, but eventually the need to try it will override my need for a quicker orgasm. I'll report back once I try it ;)

  • Fleshlight
    • How does it compare to the fleshlight feeling?
    • Alan says there's no comparison; Tenga egg is more like an enhanced hand job, but the right Fleshlight is like "gettin some strange" (his words, not mine.. LOL)

  • Tenga Eggs and Foreskin?
    • So I'm curious because I'd love to get my boyfriend one of these. He is not circumcised, meaning he has his foreskin (thank goodness :D ) but that makes we wonder how well these would work for him. See the reason I ask is because his foreskin occasionally will get caught or pinched in a condom, and I know those are significantly tighter, but I'd hate to buy him something that ends up being uncomfortable.

Any uncut guys have experience with these toys and can give me some insight?
    • I hate bumping my own posts but I'm looking for an answer ASAP... I'd like to place my order for other things tonight, and it'd be great to tack this onto the order rather than buying it separately and paying separate shipping.
    • Sorry I'm late.

My Master is also uncut and I got him a couple of Tenga eggs over the past few months. He says they're really enjoyable and they don't hurt. I do rec that your boyfriend uses lube with it, though.

  • Where have all the Tenga Eggs gone?
    • I'm not sure if I keep missing when these come back in stock and they just get bought up really fast or if they just aren't ordering any more. But My partner adores these eggs and would really like to try the Sparkle or Twinkle. However I've never seen them available. Anyone know what is going on with this?
    • I believe that the Tenga Sparkle and Twinkle were 2010 seasonal limited edition, so EF may not be able to get them in stock again at all. Perhaps you can file a support ticket, though, and inquire as to whether or not they will ever return to stock.

:( I have been wondering why those are always out of stock myself. I really want to get one of both Twinkle and Sparkle for my SO, but I have yet to see them stocked myself.

  • Tenga Egg Material
    • I know EF has the eggs listed as being silicone but I wondered if anyone has actually flame tested one of these cute little guys.

Reason I ask is because I went searching the tenga website when someone (and I cannot for the life of me remember who) wrote a review and were unsure of the egg lotion being water or silicone based.

When I stumbled onto the tenga canada site and saw the specs for the egg it said there they are actually made of Elastomer.

So has anyone taken science into their own hands about these little suckers?
    • Hmmm very interesting indeed...

We've never used one of the eggs, but I'm very interested in knowing the answer to this. Not that it would make a super huge difference simply because they're so cheap and disposable.. I wouldn't mind if it was Elastomer as opposed to silicone. I'm still gonna get one :)
    • Oh for sure. It just would make a whole lot more sense right. Like why it is so disposable, why it does not seem to matter what lube you use.

  • Single use?
    • I'm wondering exactly why these are only single-use. I've read most of the reviews, but still do not understand exactly why (I would have commented, I just wanted to make a general discussion). Since it's silicone, shouldn't it be..? Or is it a really low-grade or soft silicone or something?

      Thank you!

      Hi Sir!

We have one and we've only used it once so far, but the top of the egg appears to be thinning, like it will break with one or two more uses. I think it is the grade of silicone, however, I really do think they can last more than one use. Many people I know who use them get at least a few uses out of them.
    • Glad someone posted on these because I'm infinitely curious about them. I hope someone does a video because I still can't get a good idea of how these work just by looking at/reading about them.
