Well, there's a first time for everyone! My fiance has never owned a Fleshlight (unheard of, right?) and after seeing how excited he was when we were browsing this site and saw the Flight, I knew I had to get it for him. It took a very long time, but I was finally able to save up my EF points, and I got it for him for our anniversary. Now, our anniversary isn't until FEBRUARY, but I couldn't wait. I had to give it to him! He was like a child on Christmas when he opened the box! The first thing he said was "Can we try it out now?" How could I say no?

The Fleshlight Flight on this site is the "Pilot" version. On the Fleshlight website, there are a few other types, each with their own texture - "Flight Instructor" and "Flight MD." The "Instructor" version has a basic bump texture inside, which looks better suited for stamina training, while "MD" is more for sperm banks, complete with a collection cup at the end. I will be discussing the "Pilot" version in this review. Of course, since I am a woman, most of this review is from my fiance.

The Flight is the smallest item on the Fleshlight line, but though it is small in size, it makes up for it in pleasure! Like all Fleshlights, there are several ways to use it other than the traditional "Insert penis and stroke" method, and I will be covering a few later in this review. Thanks to it's compact size and elegant shape, it makes a wonderful travel companion, and can be a lovely toy in the bedroom for couples.

The casing is made of a very durable ABS plastic, while the inner sleeve is made of a material the Fleshlight company calls "Superskin." I must say, this material is so plushy soft! I wouldn't go as far as some to say that it feels like real skin, but I suppose it is as close to the real thing as you can possibly get!

The inside has several different textures as you enter the length of the sleeve. First, you find a tight, nubby texture, followed by a circular area filled with large nubs that look to me like crayon tips. I know that's not what they are supposed to be, but that's the first thing I think of! Next, you move into an even tighter entrance (nothing that is hard/uncomfortable to get into) that later opens up into a chamber with more of those crayon tip-looking nubs, followed by deep ribbing throughout the rest of the length. I hope I didn't lose you in the description, I know it's hard to understand without visual aids!

The outer shell is almost artistic looking, in my opinion. It's very sleek and not bulky in any way, which is something that couldn't be said about other Fleshlights. Since it isn't the standard "Discreet flashlight" looking toy, no one would ever guess its use unless they really investigated. It stands about 8 inches tall, with 6 inches of insertable length, never feeling too tight that it's uncomfortable. It's very soft and flexible, so it will easily accommodate larger men without a problem!

Of course, this toy doesn't only have to be used solo - ladies, feel free to treat your man to a wonderful ride! Also, if you don't feel like always using your hands, you can try out a method that I thought my fiance invented, but other men apparently have tried: stick it between a few cushions on the couch or pillows on the bed and enjoy a hands-free experience!

Now, the care of this thing is very, very important. Superskin is very porous, so any bit of bacteria left inside can easily spread and colonize, rendering your new favorite toy unsafe to use. When "your flight has landed," rinse it out with warm (NOT HOT) water from your sink. DO NOT use any form of soap on this toy! This will destroy the delicate material. If you really need some heavy duty cleansing, use a bit of isopropyl alcohol. After that, prop it up against something so it rests at an angle, allowing any water inside to drip out. Be sure to let it dry out completely before sealing it up and storing. To keep the material plushy soft, sprinkle a bit of cornstarch to the outer surface. (Rinse that off before using, that could really be uncomfortable during use!) Only use water based lubricants.
