The Flight is the first fleshlight I've owned other than the three Sex in a Can models. I've always felt that those were a bit too small for me, but I've been reluctant to try out the possibly too big regular-sized Fleshlight models. For me, the Flight was a happy medium between the two. More average-sized penises should find a lot to like about the Flight.

The Flight case both looks and feels like a technological advancement over the Sex in a Cans. Those cases were garish and cartoon-y, and forgot about passing it off as anything more than a sex toy. The Flight's sleek black case won't confuse anyone up close, but I'm able to put it on a shelf in the back of my closet without needing to stash it completely away from sight. From afar, it looks like it could be a shampoo bottle. Another improvement over the Sex in a Can case is the little dimples that majorly improve grip. The Sex in a Can would become impossible to keep a smooth hold on if they got a little lube on the outside. The Flight case is easier to grip with a little leftover lube on the hands.

The cap at the end has seen improvements, but has one major flaw. It allows for a greater amount of precise suction control than in the Sex in a Can. However, the curve at the end prevents it from being stood up without falling over. It doesn't seem like a major issue until you are mid-use, but it can be annoying. I recommend sitting it up inside the removable front cap.

I've never been big on the crazy-looking orifices of a Fleshlight. I'm more interested in what's going on under the head. Some people might find the lack of a realistic looking entryway a bit of a turn off, although it didn't bother me at all. One thing that did bother me was the use of the Ice texture instead of the normal pink material. The Ice material is known to get a bit tackier and stickier on repeated uses than the original. The benefit of the Ice is in its opaqueness and ability to see through, but the completely black case nullifies this benefit.

Cleanup is something that has always been something to consider with a Fleshlight. It is high maintenance and requires a lot of cleanup. The Flight is no exception, and you have to make sure that the inside is completely cleaned out, which is tough with how intricately designed the texture is.

Any negative point about the Flight can pretty much be eliminated when it comes down to the reason to use the thing; the texture. I thought that Sex in a Can models felt great, but the Flight proves that Fleshlight has some real penis magicians working in their labs. It can be a little intense as there is a lot going on inside the texture. There are ribs, nublets and other assorted doodads that caress and massage the penis as you thrust in and out. The creme de la creme has to be the Stoya Destroya like "fangs" past the midway part of the texture.

All in all, the Flight is a fantastic feeling and fantastic functioning piece of sexual delight. If you have been daunted by the physical and monetary price of the normal Fleshlights, I would definitely recommend the Flight as a go-to masturbator device. It definitely gives a lot of bang at a very nice price.
