Febreeze, get out of the way. There is a sexy new way to freshen up fabric at my house. Silky sheets is not just for before and after sex, though it does work wonders in the bedroom. This is a great product, that can be used in many ways and I have found I use it as much as I do other household cleaners and fresheners.

The first scent I tried was the vanilla. It is very strong in scent, and is similar to Vanilla Fields cologne. Since then I have tried the Pear Blossom and Orange Mango scents. The Orange is by far my favorite. It is sweet and smells clean. My husband loves the scent of all of them. In the Pear Blossom, the scent is more like fresh celery than pear. It is also the easiest one to get the aerosol scent lingering around with. I have not noticed that with the vanilla or orange scents. The scent is not overpowering. It lasts about 2-3 days, with light hints of fragrance coming through with movement that loosens up the powder.

This is a spray powder, similar to spray deodorant, but it is not for use on the body at all. It does work at making wet spots disappear by drying them up with talc. What is left behind is a soft delicious scent and the spot is gone in seconds. This works wonders at freshening the room after sex, especially if you are expecting company. There is a slight softness to the sheets after spraying them, but that is not the highlight of this product. On white and light colored sheets there is no visible white residue. On darker colored sheets there is a light white coating that is visible. This only lasts a day or so. Holding the can 12-18 inches away instead of 6 like the can suggests makes this a little better. You still get the full effect of the Silky Sheets without white spots.

There is andronone, which is a stimulating hormone/steroid and copulandrone listed as ingredients. I cannot say if these work as a pheromones to enhance arousal or not. Just have fresh, clean, smelling scents on the sheets seems to work at doing that too.

I have found that the scents are better, and last longer than traditional fabric fresheners with Silky Sheets. It is great to use mid week between washing the sheets to freshen things up. I also spritz the towels with it when I am spraying the sheets. My husband even used this in a pair of shoes and again the talc and powerful scent worked like a charm. I do not use darker sheets, so the white spotting is not an issue for me. I have tried this on t-shirt material sheets and regular cotton ones too. It works just as good on both types of material. The item I have that does get white spots easiest with using this is the dark purple Liberator Shag Throe. It is barely visible on the fur side, but on the silky side even at over a foot away there was still white residue. This is not much of a bother, and it keeps the throe even fresher till the next wash. This is not a way around cleaning or a substitute for it, but it is a great way to keep fresh when you can't clean up thoroughly.
