Vanilla extract mmmmm

This is great for anyone looking to jazz up their sheets or enjoy really soft ones with out paying so much.

Use

This is truly a great product for making your bed way more comfortable. While the pheromones and the scent are why I got it, I found out that this was not going to be the intended use. Apparently not only does it make your sheets softer and smell good, but they also makes them cooler. My partner and I found this out one night when I just used it to freshen up the sheets and it was like they had been in an air conditioned room all day.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

This is a scented powdered spray. It feels like any powder if you touch it, but on your sheets it makes them really soft, more towards Egyptian cotton than anything. This does go where you spray it and if you spray it directly on it will leave white spots on dark sheets. It is supposed to dry up "wet spots" but it did not do that for me. If there is a fan in your room I would be quite careful if I were you, as it will get all over.

Taste / Aroma

So the only scent I got was vanilla fields, and it smells just like vanilla extract. It is a lot stronger than I had hoped for. Its so strong that I could smell it downstairs when it's sprayed upstairs.

Performance

This does last a long time. I have had it for a few weeks and most of it is still in the container. The scent also lasts a long time and you really don't need a lot. You can leave this on your sheets and it will be alright, unless you spray too close in which case I would suggest you wash them. I love the feel this stuff gives to my sheets although sometimes I don't know if the over powering smell is worth it.

So I still do use this a lot, and I am almost out. I am thinking about getting a different scent next time. I do still love the vanilla, but I love trying different things.

  • Silky Sheets
    • Was just wondering if anyone else uses this product for anything other than the sheet spray? When I used to demo this product, I would demo it for deoderant, under the breast spray to help with absorbing moisture and a few other uses. What do YOU use it for?
    • That's a good idea cmex84! I want to try this but I'm not sure which scent I should try. I was thinking about the "make me blush" becuase I would like to order the body spray. Any suggestions?
    • The only thing I wanted to use it for was to freshen up my bedroom - I share it with a large puppy.
      But the vanilla I tried had a butane aroma that drowned out the vanilla scent. It's not something I'd want on my skin, but I'm not a fan of talc.

  • Using Silky Sheets to Dry Spot
    • I know a lot of people say that Silky Sheets works well to dry wet spots but.. I haven't had any luck with this at all. If anything, it only seems to make it worse! Maybe I am using too much? Too little? Not doing the hokey pokey?

      So how can I use this to get the best spot drying? Any advice is welcome
