System JO H2O flavored lubricant by System JO - review by Coralbell

System JO H2O flavoured lube is very versatile. It is perfect for adding some flavour to oral sex, but is also a great all-purpose lube for vaginal penetration, handjobs, and toy play. I have also used it for anal sex, but I know many people prefer a thicker lube for anal use. I like to use this lube whenever I'm with my partner so that if oral happens after lube is applied there won't be any weird taste. It also covers up the latex taste and smell if we have oral sex after using a condom. This lube is compatible with condoms and with all sex toy materials. It contains glycerine and parabens which can irritate some people, but I have had no problems with it.

This lube has a medium thickness; it's not runny and watery, but it's not gel-like. It is easy to pour from the bottle but dispenses slowly so you don't get too much out at once and make a mess. When applied to bodies or toys it stays in place. It is very slick, not sticky at all, and has a more silky feel than other water based lubes I have tried. System JO claims that this feels like a silicone lube, and while I wouldn't go quite that far I do think it feels like a hybrid lube.

I got a sample pack with 1 oz bottles all 12 flavours, but only Raspberry, Cherry, Strawberry and Watermelon are available on Eden Fantasys.

Recommended:
Raspberry- Closer to the fruit than most candy is, but much sweeter than the real thing.
Watermelon- Tastes a lot like real watermelon, but smells more sour.
Pineapple- Realistic, tart smell. Tastes good, but much sweeter than the fruit.
Peach- Smells very real, and tastes more like real peaches than peach candy.
Pomegranate- Tastes good, but not specifically like pomegranate.
Lemon - Smells real, tastes good but lemon flavoured lube seems a little strange to me.
Tangerine- Smells and tastes very real. Slightly bitter taste, but tangerines have a slight bitter taste.

Not recommended:
Strawberry- Syrupy sweet, not realistic. Tastes exactly like these candies
Cherry- Artificial tasting, kind of reminds me of cough syrup.
Chocolate- Tastes like chocolate syrup, not like real chocolate. Slight chemical taste. Light smell.
Banana- Fake like banana popsicles, not like the fruit.
Tropical passion- Reminds me of fruit punch mixed with vodka.

I was surprised by how long this lube lasted. For oral sex I usually reapply it a few times since it is being licked off, but I haven't had to reapply it for vaginal or anal use. Even my partner commented on how long this lasted and he isn't usually the type who notices or mentions things like that. If I fall asleep without washing my toys it doesn't even dry out overnight. It will feel thicker and a little tacky, but still has some slip the next morning. If it is rubbed into the skin it will mostly absorb and leave a light residue that isn't sticky or crusty. It doesn't feel gross or irritate my skin if I don't wash it off until the next morning so I usually don't bother. My partner hates having anything on him so he prefers to wash it off.

This lube comes packaged in a cylindrical, clear plastic bottle with a large red button that pops open the lid when pressed. I really like this packaging; it's easier to operate with lubricated hands than a normal click-top, and a lot better for travelling and storing than a container with a pump is. I haven't had any problem with the bottle leaking even when stored sideways. The packaging isn't discreet, but it is fairly attractive and classy looking for a lube bottle.
