JO H2O flavored lubricant - flavored lube by System JO - review by phoenixfire

The System JO H20 flavored lube comes in 12 flavors. For roughly $12, you get 5.25 ounces of your flavor of choice. This may not sound like a lot at first, but a little goes a long way. I bought the tropical fruit flavor in order to make giving oral sex to my SO more fun for me, and I think that is this lube's primary purpose. That said, I don't see anything about it that would preclude using it as an anal lube as well. (This is especially true if you have a partner who is into a good ass licking once in a while.)

Ingredients: Propyl paraben, methyl paraben, sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, glycerin, purified water, tropical flavor (aroma).

The only thing that jumps out at me about this list is that some people will have to miss out on a fun product because they are sensitive to glycerin.

My husband did not complain of any sort of discomfort either while using the lube or afterwards, but it is always a good idea to try a small amount at first to see how you will react and to rinse off afterwards, even if you don't have time for a full shower. I will mention a warning on the bottle to "clean up any spills immediately." I imagine you would be pretty prompt about that though, so I have no idea why it was included in the instructions. That's right up there with (of course) keep out of reach of children. Anyway---

My favorite features of this lube are:

a) the easy to use flip top on the bottle. I can open this one handed, which is a definite plus!

b) how tacky it is. This lube stays where it's put, never leaking off my fingers until I am ready to place it.

c) the taste, of course! I can definitely taste the tropical fruit in this lube without it being too overbearing a flavor. I don't get left with an artificial aftertaste, either.

My husband can tell I really enjoy this lube. If I use it a few more times and still love it, I may well order two more flavors for some variety. My only real knock on the product is that I would be wary of traveling with it if I didn't put it in a Ziploc bag first.
