Vanilla velvet? Count me in!
At a mere $6 a bottle, Sensuous is an absolute steal. It smells great, may induce pheromone reactions in some, and makes back massages all the more stimulating.Published: March 29, 2009
Pros:
Great scent; leaves skin supple and smooth; a little goes a long way.
Cons:
Bottle may leak; leaves hands a little greasy; pheromone reaction is subjective.
Experience
Pheromone reactions are tricky and apparently vary from person to person, but my experiences with Sensuous imply that you have a 50/50 chance of reacting to pheromones. When the smell of this oil permeated the air, several of the people in the room (me included) began to feel relaxed and boneless. It was a very pleasant feeling.
Sensuous is meant more for rubbing broader, more supple parts of the body, like backs and legs. If you try using it on harder skin, like your feet, you're just going to end up with greasy feet: try using something thicker for that kind of massage.
Do NOT use Sensuous as a lubricant for penetrative sex! It is oil-based and therefore not compatible with your private parts.

Sensuous oil - Pheromones?
-
I notice that an ingredient in this is "Pheromones". I notice that this has a lot of great reviews, so I've been planning to get a bottle soon. Now I am curious about this. I am not interested in products that say they have pheromones in them, I think the idea of products with pheromones in them is silly. I have not ruled out getting this, but is it a vegan product? Just what sort of pheromones are in this stuff?

Sensuous – oil

Can you use this for penetration?
-
I think it is only meant for massage...

Quote: Can you use this for penetration?Sure, but some lady bits do not do well with it. It may cause an UTI or irritation. We use for massage mostly but some always gets on/around/in the wife's bits with no issue.
Most of the time the natural oils will be fine, it's the petroleum based oils that don't do well.

Thank you for viewing Sensuous – oil review page!

This was a terrific review! I love that the product got good marks pretty much across the board. I've been looking at this awhile and knowing so many liked it makes me think it just might be time to try some!
Great review! The vanilla scent sounds nice, and good that you could try it out on several people.
Carrie Ann: It's DEFINITELY worth it, if only for the price! I do wish it would soak in to my hands more when I give backrubs, but that's just my anal-retentive cleanliness.
Sammi: It is really nice--not as sugary sweet as most vanilla scents, but still sweet. Does that make sense?
Thank you for your comments, lovelies!
Great review as usual!!
Agree absolutely agree! This is the best $6 oil I've tried to date.
Great review! Thanks
