A Great Addition for a Sexy Evening

Sensuous massage oil is a nice massage oil at a great price. It works great for both therapeutic massage as well as more romantic massage between partners. It can be used as a skin moisturizer and as a bath oil as well. It is a nice product for anyone to have around because it is so versitile. It also states that it contains pheromones so may also be used to put yourself or your partner in a more sexy mood as well.

Due to some of the chemicals and extracts in the oil I wouldn't recommend using it as a lube. I especially wouldn't recommend it for lube if you are using latex condoms as oil will break down the latex and possibly cause the condom to break.

I found the texture to be very consistent with many other massage oils I have tried. By feel alone I would not be able to distinguish this oil from many of the ones I use for work. I would say it is a medium weight oil meaning that it won't absorb right away, but it's not going to sit on your skin for hours and hours. It is very slick as a massage oil should be and is not a product that is going to get sticky. Being liquid and an oil, it is NOT going to stay where you put it and will pour everywhere if you don't take care to prevent that. Because of this, if you are planning on using it in a bed or on other furniture it is a good idea to put some towels down to save your sheets.

The oil is passionflower scented. I dd noot peronally like the scent, but I think it is one that a lot of people would enjoy. Now I have never actually smelled a real passionflower so I can't say whether or not it actually smells like one or not. It does have a very sweet and nutty scent and smells very Hawaiian to me, almost like a suntan oil. It is quite a strong scent, though I am sensitive to these things. The scent sticks with you for quite awhile unless you take a shower afterwards in which case it will come right off.

It tastes pretty much like oil you might cook with, but there is a faint taste of the extracts and chemicals to it. It wasn't made to be something you lick off your partner, but it won't hurt you if you get a little bit of it in your mouth.

The product lasted a decent amount of time and not a lot of product is needed. How long it lasts and how much is needed depends on how dry your partner's skin is. It lasts about an average amount of time compared to other oils. It glides well and doesn't "ball up" as I like to call it when certain lotions clump together in little pieces when used for massage for more than a few minutes.

Me and my partner didn't feel the need to wash up after using this oil, but neither one of us has particularly oily skin. I do believe that it may feel a little greasy to some people with oily skin. A quick shower with soap and water will wash it off just fine though.

There are pheromones in this product, and I do not believe they had too much of an effect. The sexiest part of using this oil will definitely the massage itself and the intimacy of being with your partner. If the pheromones have an effect I suspect it to be minimal compared to the effect of the massage itself.

The packaging was pretty simple. It's a 4 oz plastic bottle. It Has a top similar to a shampoo bottle. It's easy to squeeze out the amount of oil you need without spilling half the bottle at once. It's a pretty leaky container so try and keep it upright as much as you can. If you are reaching for the bottle multiple times during your massage (which you probably are), you can pretty much count on your bottle becoming an oily mess. Because of this, I would have preferred a bottle with a pump top so I wouldn't have to wipe down the bottle after every massage.

I am a massage therapist by profession and one of the most important things to remember when working on your "client" is to ask about allergy concerns. Sensuous massage oil is a nut based oil with many herbal extracts as well as synthetic fragrance. Each of these is very possible to have allergies to. There's no better way to ruin a sexy massage than to have an allergic reaction. So when using a product like this always be sure to find out what things your partner is allergic to.
