While Eden is quite trans-friendly already (especially more than other sex toy sites), there's some things the trans community here would like to see changed.
Something I've seen a few times already; the "trans forum" is called Transgendered Issues, which many people agree isn't an accurate term. Possibly "Transgendered" could be replaced with "Trans*" or some other word that the EF trans community agrees on. I'm not terribly picky about this sort of thing so I shouldn't be the one to decide on the wording Also, personally I think the "Gender Friendly" section is a bit confusing, and should be renamed something like "Gender Play" or "Gender Expression", I'm not sure how many agree with me on that though. I don't find "Gender Friendly" offensive at all, just a bit strange
There is a decent sized trans community on Eden now, a lot of them are asking for things like binders, breast forms (both of which can be used for crossdressers and costumes as well as for transfolk, so the audience is less limited), more packers (I personally think the Mr.Limpy and Mr.Right are a fine selection but as the FtM/transmasculine community here grows, it might be nice to see more options, especially ones like the Mr. Right that are good quality and come in different skin tones), tucking underwear (again, meant for transwomen but can be used for crossdressing as well), and trans related literature (such as the quickly discontinued book link) and porn/erotica.
I think binders would be a really great addition, especially since EF already carries packing supplies. FtMs, transmasculines, genderqueers, tomboys, and other female-bodied folk who wish to have flat chests would really love them, I don't see why Eden would be opposed to carrying them since they already have packers as long as there was people who would buy them. Same with tucking underwear and breast forms, if Eden carries RodeoH harnesses why not tucking underwear?
While many FtMs on the site have been asking for pack-and-pees (Packers that have a tube to urinate through), I don't really agree that they should be on Eden as they're quite the specialty item, and I have a suspicion that they'd need to be FDA approved (which is why the LELO Lily Cup isn't here).
