Fun wand - steel wand by Njoy - review by Liz NuMe

I had seen the Njoy Fun Wand used in an instructional video, that was demonstrating squirting, and I was extremely curious. So off to the internet I went to find out what that amazing toy was. When I found it, I was a bit surprised by the price. But of course I still wanted it. Luckily that's when I found Eden Fantasys and they had it on sale.

Yay! The Fun Wand was going to be mine. Thank goodness EF's shipping is fast. I couldn't wait to open it once it got here. The packaging is very classy. It comes in the nicest black wooden box that hinges at the back. Once you open it the Njoy Fun Wand sits perfectly in fitted pink satin. It's perfect for keeping your toy stored safely when you're not using it. There is also a little booklet included that tells you a little about their toys, and how to care for them.

After admiring the classy presentation and reading the booklet, I took my Fun Wand out of the box. The first thing I noticed was how weighty it was. I was quite surprised by this. Like I said I've never owned a toy like this before, and had no idea that stainless steel ones could be so heavy. But not so heavy that it would be a problem.

The Fun Wand at 7 1/2 inches long, is a decent sized toy. It was very smooth, shiny and actually quite cold. It's also curved in a soft S shape to help you get right to the G-spot, or P-spot, whichever it is that you're trying to reach. There is a bulb on one end, about the size of a large marble, that is meant for reaching the G-spot. On the other end are three graduated bulbs. The smallest being about the size of a small grape, and the largest is about the size of a large cherry. This end can be used either for vaginal or anal.

Of course I had to try it out as soon as it came. I did warm it up a bit with warm water from the sink. I found that's something I really like about a stainless steel toy. It can be warmed, or cooled, for some great temperature sensations. Just be careful to make sure you don't get it too hot. Once that was done I added some silicone lube. Any type of lube can be used with stainless steel. For me this is great because I love silicone lubes. Now I was all ready to try it out.

And here's where the "learning curve" comes in. For the life of me, I not only didn't squirt but I didn't have much luck with it at all. I was afraid I had made a big mistake with this purchase. Just so you know I have plenty of vibrating toys, but this was my first dildo. So take my difficulties with a grain of salt.

A couple of days later I told my husband about it and he decided to try it out on me. Oh My!!! Let me tell you, it wasn't the toy that was the problem. It was the person using it. He had no trouble finding my G-spot, giving me an amazing orgasm, and making me squirt with this. Oh, and I also found out how interesting it feels when it's cold. When I told him he should warm it up, he just laughed and put it in me cold. I jumped! But it really felt pretty "cool". (Pun intended)

Since that night I have tried it alone again a few times. I'm still learning but I have gotten better with it each time. It's actually helping me to learn even more about my body and what I do and don't like. I had been so spoiled by vibrators doing most of the work. But now I'm becoming more interested in trying toys that don't require batteries.

We have also tried it at different times for anal. Neither one of us is super crazy about this toy as an anal probe. For me I think it's too hard and stiff. For my husband, he felt it was too small or slender.

Cleaning the stainless steel Fun Wand is a breeze. You can wash it with any antibacterial soap and water. It can even be sterilized in the dishwasher or by boiling it. Just be careful not to knock it into other things and cause dents and dings, and it should last you a lifetime.

Finally, I am very happy that I purchased this. We will definitely keep using it for G-spot play. But I personally wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting to buy it just for anal play.
