Fun wand - contoured double ended dildo discontinued by Njoy - review by Sangsara

This toy is perfect for vaginal or anal use, male or female. I think it is best for beginners or those who like a much less girthy toy. It is dual ended but not for use in two individuals at once, but rather one then another. For solo play you could even use one end to stimulate your G-spot then switch to the other for stimulation of your anus. Couples could use one end on each partner if they were careful not to mix fluids.
This is a non vibrating toy but the fun is all in the feel of the material (which is perfect for temperature play) and the unique, solid 'S' shape of the dildo.
Essentially, either end could be used in a vagina but because of the curve I suggest being quite careful until you are sure that the steel bulbs won't get caught on any pelvic bones. If it does you are not a wimp if you find it quite painful. This is why I chose the Fun wand over the Pure wand, because the curve in the Fun wand is much less severe.
It is a safe anal toy, and the 3 bulbs on one end are just like solid anal beads, but once again the curve can be painful for some so tread carefully when attempting prostate massage.
Because this toy is solid stainless steel and has 4 different bulbs of varying sizes it would also be a great massage tool. If you can handle deep pressure point massage, the wand would come in handy when knuckles get tired.
You could use this toy virtually anywhere including under water and travelling is fairly simple, I guess it all depends on how comfortable you are with the risk of others accidentally seeing it. Personally I'd be fine but I usually am.

The Fun wand is a double ended stainless steel dildo. Stainless steel is a 10 on the Eden safety scale because it is 100% sterilizable and body safe. As long as it is cleaned properly between users or orifices it is safe to share.
Stainless steel is fabulous for temperature play because you can heat it up in warm water or put it in the freezer for a cooler affect. It does not smell and the only taste is slightly metallic.
Obviously it is not realistic and instead is completely smooth and without seams or ridges. The only texture is the design of the wand itself. The word 'wand' in relation to sex toys is reserved for materials with absolutely no give or those toys which must be plugged into the wall for a power source.
The one thing that you will notice about steel, as opposed to other materials is that it is quite heavy, Because of this and because it is so inflexible, I suggest that at first you tread carefully and be gentle to avoid any bruising or tearing of you or your partners delicate insides.

I much prefer the Fun wand over the Pure wand because the Pure wand has way to much of curve. It gets caught on my pelvic bone and seriously hurts. Also it has much smaller knobs- the Fun wand has 4 knobs total suitable for anal and vaginal pleasure. From one end to the other it slopes in a gentle 'S' curve, 3 rounded, pinched, stainless beads at one end connected, of course, by the same material and ending in a slightly larger ball.

Now I must admit, I got these measurements from the product page and I have to disagree with the idea of inserting this toy a full 6". You see it curves one way and then all the way back the other way. In order to insert it that far (I assume with 1.5" left to hold onto) you would have to be able to handle a depth (or width depending on the angle of insertion) of over 2" in diameter. Too me this would be extremely painful. I have used the wand to attempt to stimulate several different prostates and even those that can handle large toys in their rears, are only comfortable to a certain point. Generally 3", which is the point at which the Fun wand reverses curve, is suffice.


I love that this toy is designed with the single bulb end perfect for vaginal and the triple bulb end for anal, especially because of how the multiple bulbs double as an ergonomic handle for your fingers.

Performance of the Fun wand is all in how you use it. My one suggestion is to use it carefully during any 'first' times, be they orifices or people. All it needs is a compassionate hand and will find your exact spot be it G, p or for external massage.

I am so glad that I got the Njoy that I enjoy instead of the Pure wand. Everyone says that the Pure wand is the most amazing toy ever for G-spot stimulation, but honestly, looking at the curve I would guess that I would have a definite problem with the toy getting hooked on my pelvic bone. Even as it is, it can be a little tricky. The other thing is that the bulbs of the Pure wand are just too big. I much prefer the narrow girth of the Fun wand.
I have however found that if the receiver is comfortable with it, you can just insert the triple end like a butt plug and leave it there while the rest of your bits have fun.

Stainless steel is quite easy to care for. N-joy includes a perfect box for storage. But make sure that you clean well after every use and dry before storing.
You could clean this baby pretty much anyway. You can boil it, put it in the dishwasher, wash it with antibacterial soap and water, a 10% bleach solution, or wipes or commercial toy cleaner will do.
You can also use any lube! Oil, water (like intimate organics defense)or silicone based.

The Njoy toys come in beautiful wooden boxes. They are black, have a very nice finish and our embossed with the letters N J O Y and "pure fun" in silver on top. It is at exceptionally discreet.


The box is a approximately 4" x 9" and 3 inches tall. It opens with a hinge and has two ribbons on each side that hold the top open so it doesn't fall all the way back.
Your toy is nestled in magenta satin over top of a piece of styrofoam with a carved impression that is curved the same shape as the Fun wand.


This packaging will last for a long time and if you remove the styrofoam, is perfect for a number of gifts or keepsakes.
The entire box arrived in a thin, white, recyclable box cover with black logo. It really is the most discreet packaging I have ever seen for a sex toy.
Instructions weren't really necessary and were not included.

I'm alittle confused it says that personal comments are optional but required. In a nut shell it's really hard and it's always cold so be prepared.

I have used this toy with several different people. Anally on 4 or 5 men and one woman and vaginally on myself. It's great for beginners to anal because it holds its form and doesn't bunch up like anal beads. As long as you are careful (I know I have mentioned this several times but I can't stress enough how important it is) you can utilize it's shape to find what sort of angles one is comfortable with. So many prostate toys are curved but many guys find it painful and prefer something straighter. Also the actual feeling of the beads slipping past your sphincter can be enjoyable.
Although my G-spot loves a curve, too much of it and my urethra starts to complain and can swell resulting in every stroke making me feel like I have to pee. So I hold the wand more like this:


That way I can enjoy the larger bulb for the type of G-spot scratch that you only get from a material as hard as steel.
