The Fun Wand (which is just an awesome name) is stainless steel, which allows for freezing or heating, and keeps the temperature for quite a long time when compared to similar products. It's curved in opposite directions on the ends, for optimal ease of penetration and handling. It is double-sided, featuring a larger, single, tapered-round head at one end (which is actually the one I prefer for anal stimulation) and the 3 varying-sized heads at the other end (which are also highly pleasurable for anal.) The design of the Fun wand is so versatile, and yet so simple, that it quickly became my favorite toy to grab during most sexual rendezvous.
It's so easy to use and enjoyable, I'll often pair it up with a clitoral vibrator for added fun! I feel it has the right thickness and shape so that it lays in your hand perfectly. As someone who does not enjoy anything overly large attempting penetration, this pushes my limits to almost instant climax. It surprised me that this became my go-to wand.of.joy, especially since it is the only sexual toy that I own that does not vibrate or shake or move in some fashion, but does it ever bring joy!
Clean-up is a breeze, especially due to the fact that it's steel! The only drawback would be that unfortunately it doesn't vibrate (obviously) and the weight, which again is to be expected. Also a 'drawback' would be the decision to make it a certain temperature, as I keep it on my shelf displayed for easy access and don't want to wait even a few moments for it to cool down or heat up, and deciding which side to utilize, because these features are what make this simple wand absolute perfection! I love absolutely everything about this wand and the beautiful packaging of the black covered box and the hot pink satin-like inside showcases it beautifully.

Now, I really want to get into an anal toy but these curved metal beads make me nervous.
Is there a way for me to poke something wrong and injure myself internally with these toys?

Keep in mind that a steel do doesn't bend or flex at all. That's not meant to scare you, but it means that even more care needs to be given when using a steel toy.

Be gentle and listen to your body. Let your body accept the toy if it wants it rather than forcing it. You should approach it with cautious excitement, not paranoia and fear if you want to relax. You can never overdo it with lube when using a new toy. Might seem annoyingly messy, but it's worth it to have an enjoyable experience, instead of a painful one ;) -

However, like others have said, ANY toy can cause harm if you aren't slow and careful especially in the beginning of the play session before you are really warmed up. The anal sphincters really have a mind of their own and some need a whole bunch of persuasion while others are raring to go from the beginning. Learn where you fall in the spectrum, grab some good quality lube and use plenty of it.

I would also suggest playing with the toy orally and vaginally at first so that you can see that it doesn't have sharp edges that could poke and tear sensitive anal tissues. It's completely non-porous so as long as you begin the session with oral/vaginal play and then move to anal there's no chance you'll cross contaminate! If you are REALLY worried you could try slipping a thin but large sized condom over the side you are playing with until you have a bit more confidence with the toy.

Njoy Fun Wand vs Pure Wand

PersianKittyThis question is for anyone who may happen to already own both. I already have a Pure Wand and *love* it, esp the big end. Is it worthwhile for me to also buy the Fun Wand, or is it just more of the same? I know the beaded side would offer different sensations, but most people who review the Fun Wand seem to favor the other end, and it looks so much like the Pure Wand that I'm not sure if I should get one, or not. Thanks! -
We have both and almost never use the Fun Wand - especially since we got the Eleven - it's either the Pure Wand or Eleven - never the Fun Wand.

Although this doesn't vibrate on its own, metal toys transmit vibration very well, so placing a vibrator on the part that is outside your body should vibrate the portion that is inside your body pretty well.
