Sasha Grey’s Swell Wand is intended as a dildo. What a fabulous dildo it makes. You can thrust this, pop it in and out, rock it, and twist it. They each provide uniquely amazing stimulation. Be careful when thrusting, since this is hard glass you can easily bruise your cervix.

I would not recommend this toy for anal, since it is not designed for it. I do recommend this toy to anyone who is interested. This is one really awesome wand. When I use this toy I thrust it in at an angle, up at my G spot. This hits it every time. Also I really enjoy popping it in and out. Both ends of this can be used, I happen to prefer the larger end. When I use the larger end it fills my vagina very well. I like to leave it inside and use a clitoral vibrator. When my vagina starts to contract around this toy, I get amazing sensations all through my body. Sensations I never felt until Sasha came around.

Sasha Grey’s Swell Wand is made of Pyrex glass. This has a safety rating of a 10. This material is also food-grade material, hypo-allergenic, latex free, non-porous, and Phthalates free. This wand being made of Pyrex glass means it is an inorganic non metallic material that has no crystalline structure. Pyrex is a brand name for Borosilicate. This is made by adding boron into a mixture of sand, soda, and ground lime. This kind of material is amorphous and is pretty much solid liquids. These solid liquids are cooled at a rate, crystals can not form. If you were to drop this toy it would not shatter or splinter, like most glass. This is because it is less dense that regular glass. Sine this glass contains boron it will hold up in temperature changes. I would not suggest freezing or boiling, extreme changes could cause glass to break.



This toy has some texture. The product page has it listed as wavy. Yes it is wavy; however it is sort of bulbous. These are bigger yet less defined bulbs. This glass is smooth inside, so there are not bumps for texture. The texture of the waves/bulbs provides great G spot stimulation.

The design of this reminds me of the old fashioned mercury thermometers, the red part anyhow. You know how it is a bulb and then goes up to a rounded top. The biggest end is like on bulb, then there are 3 waves on up. Each end is rounded, making both ends insert able. Each wave changes in diameter to increase the pleasure.




This is compared to Pink Swirl and Iconic Smoothie. As you can see the Swell wand is just a little bigger than both of them.

This is one elegant toy. The color, shape, and size make this toy flawless. Unfortunately this toy is only available in black. On the product page it appears to be blue-black, it is not in person. This Swell Wand is 8” long, only 6.5” insert able. This weights 13.5oz and is very light in your hands. At the biggest end it has a circumference of 5” and a diameter of 1 3/8“. Then the next two waves/bulbs are 4 ¼” in circumference, making them have an about 2” diameter. The final wave/bulb is the smallest end, which is about 3 ½” in circumference, which is about 1 ¾” in diameter. I absolutely love the design, shape, and color of this Swell wand.

This toy is not at all discreet, however is very luring to look at.

This Swell Wand quickly became my new favorite toy. The design makes this toy hit my g spot with every wave/bulb. I have even been able to achieve ejaculation from this toy alone. When I use the bigger end it maxes out my vagina. This creates an awesome fullness feeling. Anyway I angle this toy it provides great stimulation. I love this toy. This is one all glass lovers should have.

This toy is not suction cup or harness compatible. This means you or someone else have to the all the work. This is fine by me. This is really one great piece of glass.

Pyrex glass is smooth non porous. This makes it easy to clean. All you have to do is wash it with warm water and antibacterial soap, allow to air dry. Any sex toy cleaner would work also. Even though this is a non porous material and can be cleaned, it is still recommend that you use condoms if you intend to share.

As for storing the Swell Wand the packaging is good for storage. However I find it bulky. I plan to get a toy pouch, that way it can join the toy box. You can use any of your favorite lubes with this toy; they are all compatible with it.

The Swell Wand is a Doc Johnson toy, but Star signature line by Sasha Grey. The toy comes in a black box with the toy on the front, and says: Sasha Grey, Glass, and Swell. On both sides of this box are sensual shots of Sasha Grey. On the bottom of the box are the bar code and some writing saying:

Inside this box is foam insert, this is to store the Wand. I find the foam to be linty. As soon as I can I am getting a pouch for storage.
