Good for many uses.
A great personal lubricant for many uses. Safe for all toys and all women, good for the price, and good for the body. You can't go wrong with this product, and it's worth a try for anyone on any budget!Published: July 2, 2011
Pros:

Astroglide is a water-based, personal lubricant and quite frankly the only one I use, although my wishlist says otherwise.
Unlike silicone-based lubricants, when you use this (and other water-based lubes, for that matter) you run very little risk for developing a yeast infection or having a negative reaction. It can be used with any toy, which is a major plus for me as I have a collection of many types and the last thing I, or anyone, would want, for that matter, is to have separate lubes for separate toys. Having to dig around that much would be a major mood killer.
It doesn't have a smell and feels like your body's natural lubrication, which is quite nice. The only downside is you do have to reapply quite a bit as water-based lubricants tend to absorb faster, so if you do buy this product and plan to use it often, I would recommend a bigger bottle.
As I said before, there is no smell, no funky taste either, so that is a plus for my partner and me. You can use very little and still have the same effect as if you used half the bottle, which is nice. A couple of drops is usually enough to get you off to a good start, and even though you have to reapply at times, it's not as much of a mood killer as someone would think.
To wrap it up, this was the first and best lube I ever used, and I don't think I'll be changing brands any time soon. With its low risk of reaction to its low, low price, you really can't go wrong with this safe to use, easy to hide personal lubricant.

I always used to use different KY ones and the occasional one from different surprise-party type companies, but there was always something about them that I hated. Finally I was introduced to astroglide and haven't used anything else since :D

Astroglide is ok, but I find it doesn't work that well for anal sex. I use Maximus for that, as I am naturally a wet person, and don't really need lube for anything else.

Most likely because reviewers starting out have to review cheaper items first. I'd guess that lubes and massage balms/oils would be many reviewers' first picks since they'd want to buy the stuff anyway. :P

We are using a bottle of Astroglide right now, and I love it. The only other kind I ever get is a Walgreen's (drug store) knock off of it when I can find that, because it is cheaper. But Astroglide rocks, for sure!
