What I love about Astroglide is it works plain and simple. It does not have just one purpose, I have used it when masturbating, for vaginal intercourse, and anal intercourse, and it works great in every situation! The bottle is small and therefore can be good for on the go and also for storage. Do not let the size of the bottle discourage you, though; what may seem like a little really can go a long ways.
Astroglide does not have any particular taste which is really good; it does not leave a smell after usage; it looks obviously clear. Astroglide can be easy to clean, and usually is, but sometimes I have had problems. I have the most annoyance cleaning Astroglide off my vibrators. When using Astroglide for anal or vaginal intercourse it is a very quick and easy clean up.
What I do not like in particular about the product is how hard it is getting the perfect amount. When you get in that moment and you get out the lube, it is definitely a turn off having to waste fifteen minutes getting the right amount of lube. Either too little comes out when you try hard and is like a desert or too much comes out if you are not careful enough and it is like a slip'n'slide. The usual problem I have had with Astroglide is it just pours out and will get on unintended surfaces like bed sheets. I recommend that if using Astroglide be very wary about how much you use. There is a fine line between too little and too much lubricant.

I always used to use different KY ones and the occasional one from different surprise-party type companies, but there was always something about them that I hated. Finally I was introduced to astroglide and haven't used anything else since :D

Astroglide is ok, but I find it doesn't work that well for anal sex. I use Maximus for that, as I am naturally a wet person, and don't really need lube for anything else.

Most likely because reviewers starting out have to review cheaper items first. I'd guess that lubes and massage balms/oils would be many reviewers' first picks since they'd want to buy the stuff anyway. :P

thanks for the review. what are the ingredients? How long as your bottle lasted?
Purified water, Glycerin, propylene glycol, polyquaternium 15, Methylparaben, Propylparaben are the ingredients listed on the bottle. As for how long, my SO are in a long distance relationship so we don't get to use it as much so that definitely plays a large factor into how long. We correctly have 2 bottles for some reason lol, and both are about 1/4 gone. The expiration dates are very long so if you do go through inactive periods that really helps! It all really depends on how much you use, in my experience be conservative with it at first so that way you may always add more if needed!
