Silky, luxurious, decadent, and unbeleivably CHEAP!

You can't go wrong with this product. It is well worth the low price to give it a try if nothing else. I use this several times a week and can't get enough!

Use

On my search for massage oils I was overwhelmed by all the different types out there. There are so many brands, scents, flavors, and sizes. I was overwhelmed! Also, I had no idea massage oils could be so expensive! Some bottles were upwards of $30, and I can hardly justify that expense when I could use a two dollar bottle of baby oil. The problem though, was baby oil was staining my sheets, so I decided I had to find something better. Deciding to start with the cheapest ones first, I came upon Sensuous. I saw the $6 price tag and prepared myself to read horrible reviews. To my surprise, it had great reviews and lots of them! They all said it was non staining, had a pleasant scent, non greasy feel, was light and easily absorbed. It had everything I was looking for and more. It even has pheromones in it, which is supposed to help you get in the mood. You can't beat all that for the price, so I had to try it. I love it so much, I have yet to try any other type of massage oil. Why pay more for something when this product gives me everything I need? The bottle is a little on the small side, but you could get two bottles and still not spend as much as you would on other massage oils. It feels great all over your body, has an amazing smell, and makes massage easy and sensual. I am addicted to this stuff and often use it as a moisturizer or I put it in my bath water. It leaves my skin feeling soft and smelling great!

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

This oil feels great. Silky and light without being greasy or sticky at all. It has a standard flip top cap that allows it to pour easily without any mess. It isn't very thick so if you start out with very dry skin it will absorb quickly and you will need a little bit more to keep things slick for massages.

Taste / Aroma

The smell is a bit hard to explain, but it says that it is passion flower. I am not familiar with this scent, but I do know it smells really good. It isn't very strong, but it will linger on your skin for hours. I love this, but my man thinks it smells girly, so he usually showers after I use this on him.

I will list the ingredients here so you may be able to get a better idea of what scents are in it.

Sweet Almond Oil, Safflower Oil, Sesame Seed Oil, Isopropyl Myristate, Avocado Oil, Myristate Propionate, Jojoba Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil, Kukui Nut Oil, Actiphyte of Rose Hip, Ginseng, Hawaiian White Ginger, Juniper Berry Fragrance, Evening Primrose, Jasmin

I did not try to taste this, as it doesn't say anything about it being edible, though most of the ingredients seem pretty natural.

Performance

I love how this feels during a massage and I also use it in the bath. It lasts for a good long time as a moisturizer. During massage, I only have to reapply once because my man's skin is so dry it sucks it up. It leaves my skin feeling soft and velvety with out being greasy. I have dry skin, so if you have very oily skin, this may leave you feeling oily. If you do decide to wash it off, it is easy to do so. It isn't greasy, so the regular amount of soap and warm water will wash it away. One of the best things about this product is that it doesn't stain my bedding! Other than the smell lingering awhile, you can not even tell it is there once it dries.

If you want to use this as lube, I would use caution as I am not sure if it will cause infections in people who are sensitive. I have used this on my man during a hand job though, and it worked really well. Also, I am not sure what the oils will do to toys, so you may have to do some extra research on that.
    • Absorbs into skin nicely
    • Feels natural
    • Not compatible with all materials
Follow-up commentary
I have had this for a long while now, but up until now had been a little wary of trying this on my labia or having sex after using this on my man's penis. The mood hit one night recently after a sensual massage, so I just went for it. I used my oiled up hands to massage my man's balls and shaft as well as my vagina. We then had some pretty rough intercourse. I am happy to say that not only did it feel great, but I did not notice any irritation or burning. We fell asleep right after, so it stayed on my sensitive vaginal skin all night. I still would caution using this as a regular lube as it has some fragrance and other things that could cause irritation or infections in those who are sensitive. I just wanted to let people know that if you get caught up in the mood, it is not going to burn and make you run screaming to the shower to wash it off.

I love this oil, too. I keep wondering what "the catch" is. How can something so wonderful be so cheap? Not that I'm complaining . . .

I've also wondered what the catch with this one is, but I love it too!

  • Sensuous oil - Pheromones?
    • I notice that an ingredient in this is "Pheromones". I notice that this has a lot of great reviews, so I've been planning to get a bottle soon. Now I am curious about this. I am not interested in products that say they have pheromones in them, I think the idea of products with pheromones in them is silly. I have not ruled out getting this, but is it a vegan product? Just what sort of pheromones are in this stuff?

  • Sensuous – oil
    • Can you use this for penetration?
    • I think it is only meant for massage...
    • Quote: Can you use this for penetration?
Sure, but some lady bits do not do well with it. It may cause an UTI or irritation. We use for massage mostly but some always gets on/around/in the wife's bits with no issue.

Most of the time the natural oils will be fine, it's the petroleum based oils that don't do well.
