refering to the dildo during pegging

Contributor: ScottA ScottA
This is a companion to the "referring to it" post that asked whether couples used feminine terms (pussy or cunt) to refer to the receiving partner's anus during pegging.

What terms do you use to refer to the dildo? I'd think that there would be a few more who would use the term "cock" or "dick", but there are probably plenty who just use "dildo"

So, what do you use?

To feminize it, or sometimes humiliate the person being pegged. There's also the gender-reversal reason, the male being pegged being being treated "like a lady."

Also, people use those terms for bottoms simply because it's what they use. I know a lot of people in the homosexual male community who use those terms on their boyfriends.

To ScottA: We do not peg, so there's not really an answer for that! If we did, I would definitely call it a penis.

We don't do gender reversal or humiliation.
We just refer to it as dildo.

I figured that most people would do "dildo", I was just interested to see how it stacked up against the other poll by Paralax about refering to the anus as a pussy (I figured that there might be a few more who would use "cock" and most would use "dildo").

We use "dildo".

I haven't been pegged yet ,its on the to do list (or perhaps more accurately the to be done on to list?), but in my fantasies it is usually referred to as "cock".

Dildo is definitely safer starting out for both parties. I think when we we finally do it we'll start out with that but I'm open to cock or whatever she wants to call it. The gender play doesn't scare me away but it may my wife so I won't bring that out unless she brings it up.

I most commonly use the word "cock" even outside of play sessions. I once asked my girl if she wanted "my cock," the dildo was in the bedroom, and even though I was not wearing it in the harness I still referred to it as "my cock." It's a very interesting mindset and I'm really enjoying it.

So, everybody who does call it a penis, cock, dick or the like -

Do you mainly call it that to claim ownership ("dildo" is more of an inanimate object disconnected from both parties, whereas cock/penis references a body part, and a harnessed dildo is more like a body part than a hand-held one), or is it related to gender-reversal/humili ation? It sounds as though it's mostly the first (claiming ownership of the dildo).

The humiliation aspect interests me theoretically, given that it apparently revolves around the conception that women are somehow inferior, and that by being penetrated a man is "reduced" to a woman (and, likewise, a woman is "enhanced" by having a "cock"). That mindset, and how it interfaces with the modern views of equality is interesting. Outside the bedroom that thinking probably stops for the woman, but socially it is often there subconsciously among men.

We call it dick, etc. - as part of gender reversal scenario. But nothing of "humilation" stuff. No inferiority complex, doesn't matter who is in giving or receiving role, just pure fun.

We call it my cock, etc. In practice, it's mostly been to claim ownership. However, in talking about it, he wants it to be a gender reversal thing. Not so much humiliation, we're not into that. We've just never got around to doing the gender reversal. *puts on to-do list for today*

I call it "my cock". He calls it "the dil" I guess this goes back to his initial dislike of toys, said he wanted to be the only cock in bed. He has so changed.....

We typically use "strap on" to refer to both the harness and the dong. We tried "dong" for a week or two after we started pegging but not lately.

I would call it my cock.

And yes that does stem from gender play.

I do everything I can to avoid remembering that my penis is just a chunk of silicone, at least when it comes to the moment of truth. So we refer to it as my cock, my dick, or anything else that identifies it as a real living penis. It makes me feel more like I'm actually penetrating him with my own body. For some reason, lacking the penis he wants sometimes makes me feel inadequate. Why can't I have a pussy AND a cock?! .u_u.

I just realized this makes my boyfriend sound gay, which he is NOT. He necessarily doesn't want a real penis in his butt, at least as far as I know. It'd just be easier (and nicer, for me at least) if it were attached to me all the time so it's there whenever he wants it. No straps, which we need sometimes; no need to prep myself or attach a fake dong. That's all I'm saying.

I hate to keep an old thread alive but we are definitely in this same situation. Coincidentally enough, we had a pegging session last night, and before getting into the heat of things, we discussed the fantasy idea of her having the extra "appendage" but remaining 100% female.

We too refer to the dildo as her cock/dick/etc., but we do not refer to my ass as anything feminine. Though she's got a slight dominant streak growing, it's not taken to a feminizing/degrading respect when talking about my body.

I like the term "cock" for referring to a dildo that I am wearing. I'm cisgendered, but I really enjoy the fantasy of having a flesh-and-blood cock and playing out everything that entails. In my fantasies it is very much my cock and very much a part of me.

Also, I personally am much more into a guy-on-guy fantasy, or just being a dominant woman, so wouldn't refer to a male partner's hole as a feminine part unless that was a strong fantasy of his (forced feminization, as a humiliation, doesn't sit quite right with me -- it is one thing if he is asking to be treated as a woman [hot], but for me to feminize him as a humiliation bothers the feminist in me).
