From all the cuffs, collars and adjustable restraints I've tried, I've noticed a trend that most of them were suited for larger than average people. I'm a fairly petite woman, and most of this stuff is either loose on me or really hard to adjust to the tightest settings because of the stiff material if they had that option. I've noticed the measurements on when it becomes easy to adjust is past even average sized people and they would need to struggle a bit to adjust it to that point as well.

Anyone feel the same way or has an explanation of why they accommodate bigger people as opposed to the opposite?
