Dark colored toys for me. I don't like cheerful, personally. I am very brooding and dark, so yeah.

Depends on the scene/my mood but since the cuter, more cheery colors aren't as easy to come by most of the items I own thus far are black.

We use both dark and "cheery" colors in our play. I just tend to prefer the look of our darker leathers, etc.

I prefer dark to the point that when we bought our last roll of tape all they had was pink and my husband yells, "its pink. Are you okay with that" to which I replied, "I'm usually blindfolded. Are YOU okay with it" we bought it, but he prefers the dark too. There is one exception...I do not like dark anal toys. For some reason they look scary! LOL

I really like the look of black toys... I just find them to be so sexy (I even prefer my normal vibes to be black or dark blue).

For kinky toys, definitely dark. Black is classic, but I think a deep dark purple is the sexiest.

I like "prettier" toys for use when I am the sub, pink and white and lavender and similar colors that I just like, period. Maybe blue. When I am a domme, I like to use the more traditional red and black, the darker colors. My collection has room for both, depending on my moods.
