I created a set of kink items for pony play, and after showing the bit gags to my Master, explaining every difference and needed info to know about them, He chose the rubber bit gag, though I told Him about two more times just to remind Him why rubber is a way less safer choice, He insisted... So now am gonna get it sometime soon... :D
Did you get it for similar reasons, or ever made a decision to choose a toy which wasn't as safe compared to a similar one only for your precious one? :):):)

*blinks* why did your master feel the need to show dominace on that subject? strange. Toys and loved ones should always be taken care of in the safest manner possible to prolong life span/use. On the plus side we use rubber in Dental procedures so the risk does not outway the benifits course the rubber is either one use or can be steam cleaned.

Well, blissfully that gag does taste good as my Baby says, which is surprising, but good news, and I liked that one much better than the silicone one, rubber is still safe if used properly...

We place saftey over everything. It isn't worth it after it has been used a few times and has to be thrown out because it has breaks, cracks, etc... that cannot be cleaned properly. I would be concerned with bite marks creating little crevices and bacteria multiplying. EWWW! Not my body! Thankfully he is respectful of my body and wants to keep it safe and healthy.

You can clean it well before or after and just plan on using it once or twice. I personally like bit gags better than ball gags, but would still prefer silicon as well.
