The bumps aren't pointed, they are rounded. It won't rip up your inside, but the texture might be too extreme for some people, maybe even uncomfortable; but it shouldn't cause 'rips' or 'tears', especially when used with lubrication.

And as always with glass you need to remember glass is not a forgiving toy and won't give like Silicone.

As long as you know your own boundaries and sensitivity levels, it's fine. Toys like that always have a smooth finish, so there isn't sharp edges.
