This depends entirely on what you're looking for. Do you want something softer, or something that's for more rough and tumble? Both will restrain, but what do you want the person who will wear the cuff to feel? The Jaguar cuffs are incredibly firm and not easily bent so they offer no movement. The Purple fur lined wrist restraints are more flexible, I believe.

I got a full set of the purple fur-lined ones. They're light-weight and incredibly comfortable. However, faux fur becomes a bit uncomfortable when it's hot out.
