Get the smaller one- it's really easy to accidentally dislocate your jaw if your gag is too big!

I'd say regular size open gag. I've had bad experiences with gags that don't fit and put too much pressure on the jaw.

DEFINITELY GET THE SMALLER ONE. If the one you buy is too big it will be extremely uncomfortable (learned that one the hard way).
