Welcome to the Birthday Club’s second year, twelfth post! Once a month is a forum announcement to celebrate the birthdays of our favorite Eden contributors! So wish everyone a happy birthday and let the celebration begin! Thanks to the generosity of the EdenFantasys Staff, every contributor who participates in the birthday club will receive 2500 points for their birthday month! These are distributed by the staff and are only given to those who send in their birthdays on time to be included in the monthly posts!
If you have yet to submit your own birthday, PM me now!
I apologize for being a late with this month’s post. I had a family ‘situation’ followed by illness. And since I was late, I decided to include any contributors that submitted their birthday to me late in time for this to go up. It’s my present to you!
Zodiac Sign – Sagittarius
Last year we went over some zodiac basics (December 2011) so this year we’ll touch on of all our favorite topics – love and sex!
You centurian archers treat sex much like a sport. You tend to be direct, forthcoming, and express your needs openly. It’s an almost innocent naïveté that causes you to speak with such frankness about private desires. You could snare yourself quite a few lovers with that charm alone. But the fact that you see sex as such fun – a time to laugh, explore, and rough-house – could convince even some of the more prudish lovers to lighten up. Your faults are that you are a bit selfish in bed and you put your need to ‘get off’ at the top of the list. You also spare little patience with people who play hard to get or don’t get to the point. This sign doesn’t want to waste time playing complicated games or over-thinking things. This is most certainly the “just do it” sign!
Sexually, there are quite a few signs with high levels of compatibility with Sagittarius. But that alone doesn’t necessarily lead to the best relationships. If you’re looking for signs that can deliver it all for the archer (relationship, sex, and communication), they would be Aries, Leo, Libra, and Aquarius.

December’s Topic: Another new area is our monthly show & tell, or discussion, topic! We all come to party and celebrate birthdays, but how shall we break the ice?
As we approach the end of another year, I want to know what the BEST part of 2012 was for everyone. Also, what will you do to make 2013 even better? Anyone out there make resolutions for the new year and actually stick to them?
Share!
The best part in 2012 for me was moving out of the old house and into the new house about one month ago. We were living in a small 1.5 bedroom place with a crap landlord. Now, we are in a 3 bedroom place with a much better landlord who fixes things!! And we managed to save money by moving even with paying more for rent because we were living about 30minutes away from my husbands job. Gas was costing a lot.
I'm not really sure what we will do to make 2013 even better. I just want to enjoy this last little bit of time with my oldest son. He just turned four, so kindergarten is in his future. Not until he is almost 6 though, because of how his birthday falls. I'm gonna be so sad when that day comes. Which is soon enough.
Happy birthday fellow December babies!!
The best part of 2012 was finding out we're expecting Baby #2. Even though they'll be a little (a lot) closer together then we had planned, it's still a blessing. And hopefully this one will be our little girl, or we will be adopting in a few years. =)
2013: Hopefully, we'll find out we're having a little girl. Also, we'll be hoping to buy our first house. =) We've been looking for a while, but with no luck.
As for resolutions: I want to stick to a cleaning schedule. I am a horrible house wife (HORRIBLE!) and I really want to be able to keep my house clean and I want to cook without whining. Lol!
The best part of 2012 for me was graduating high school, so glad to be done with that mess! 2013 will bring me going to film school and actually buckling down to write more.
So many December babies.
Happy birthday everyone including my self
The best part of 2012 for me was learning more about my self, and realizing who are my real friends, and watching my brother and sister passing to the next grade.
2012 was a fantastic year; probably one of the best in my life, and perhaps one of the most trying. Three major things: we bought our house in July, my hubby and I established a D/s dynamic into our relationship in April (which has made our marriage blossom and we are closer than we have ever been), and I started my blog in January. My family has been healthy and happy, and I wrote a novel, a goal I never thought I'd complete.
Hell, I'm hoping that 2013 is up to the challenge of meeting that high bar!
The best part of 2012 is that it's almost over - this had to be one of the worst years I can remember. I haven't thought about 2013 much yet, or what resolutions I'm going to make.
I'm so happy! My birthday is on the 13th and the 25.00 in pionts from Eden is the first gift I have gotted! Thank you so much! And Happy Birthday to all you December babies! And I guess I'd have to say the part of 2012 was finding Eden! My relationship with my husband has gotten so much better since we've started exploring more and Eden has had a very big part in that so THANK YOU!

Happy birthday, December babies! Today is my younger sister's 21st birthday, I hope her 21st year is as amazing (and believe it or not, low in alcohol) as mine was
Thanks for the birthday wishes, and the points! I've already ordered something with them. X3
The best part of 2012 for me is that I came out as bisexual at work, and got a much better reaction than I expected. People were very supportive! I even managed to open several minds about the world we non-straight people live in and what they can do to make it a bit easier for us.
I live in a very conservative country, and although there are pretty nice legislations - even gay marriage and adoption - people can still be pretty darn mean to non-straight, non-vainilla people, so this was a big deal for me.

That is amazing to hear! I think people take for granted that it's not just gay people that have to live in a proverbial "closet". They also have no idea how hard and miserable it is to hide but how wonderful and liberating it can feel to just let go!
Very few of my friends know I'm non-vanilla. And even fewer know about pan/bisexuality so I give you mad props for something I don't think I could ever do at work. Nope, never.
I hope your 2013 is filled with even more wonderful-ness!!! Who knows, maybe you inspired someone at work!

Thank you! That's very kind of you. *huuugs*
I've found that it's easier to just "causally" come out to people... like when they ask if I've got a boyfriend, I'm all "nope, and no girlfriend, either". If they're curious, they will often follow up with a question; if they're not cool with me being into all kinds of people the conversation will die out naturally and they will leave me alone, and if they're indifferent or already open to the idea (and not really interested) we will continue talking about something else.
It's surprising just how many people are ok with it, or totally indifferent... taking my bisexuality/pansexuali ty as just another characteristic, like hair and eye colour. Which is exactly what I want! Coming out is stressful enough as it is without having to give speeches of why it's ok for me not to be straight to everyone I tell.
If they want the speeches, they will ask for them.... there was this one guy at work that was totally blown away when I told him that there are people who don't fit into a binary gender system and can be gender fluid or even gender neutral, and the reason I'm not entirely bisexual but actually more leaning on pan is because I can be attracted to people regardless of their sexual identify, rather than because of it. He'd simple never even considered that people like me or them existed.
I hope everything works out for you, but don't feel pressured to tell everyone just because people say it's the thing you should do. It's ok to only come out to those people you know for sure won't be nasty to you because of it, or at least until the opposite turns out to be too painful.
I realised that, for me, being non-straight and non-vanilla is not a shameful secret, but more something that is part of me, and if you want to get to know me you will eventually find out, like my affinity for cats (got two of them), my love of knitting, or the fact that I ride a bike to work rather than drive or take the bus. The signs are there if you care to look hard enough.
And of course, if you ever want to sleep with me, you'll find out just how very non-vanilla I am. XD
This year has been a rough one for me. The best part was probably losing 20 pounds. To make 2013 better, I'm gonna crack down on myself and work harder so I can lose the rest of the weight I need to to get to my goal weight. Also, I need to get out there and look for a job a little more aggressively.
