Go for fresh ground sea salt. It helped me use a lot less. It goes farther.

My mom is like that. She had to go on weight gain powder a few years back cause the doc didnt like how little she weighed for her height

mine only likes it cooked. I do get her some fat-free ranch to dip it in sometimes. But she loves it
