Community Planning Meeting: 06.16.2011

Hello there everybody, and welcome to the Community Planning Meeting! In the interest of making sure that everybody knows that they're welcome here, we've changed the name from the Community Events Committee to the Community Planning Meeting. Everything else stays the same though, so the meeting will take place right here on Thursday, June 16th at 12pm Eastern.

What time would 12pm eastern be in Michigan, I always get my time zones mixed up. I'm really hoping that it is the same time it usually is so I can make it (around 7 pm here). If it is at noon here I won't be able to, I have class!

I have a few things I'd like to discuss though!

Depends on which part of Michigan, isn't at least part of it in Eastern Time Zone? And no worries, we only have the early meeting once a month as a way to give the folks who can't normally make the evening meetings a chance to participate.

But if you can't make it you can either post your thoughts here, email them to me or Gary, or hold on to them until next time.

About a month or so ago it had been brought up because there were so many people who couldn't make the evening meetings, so we were hoping that they'd show up during a daytime meeting. Don't worry though, the first Community Planning Meeting of the month is still at the regular time of 7pm Eastern.

I won't be home today... we JUST woke up!

We got in at 4:15 this morning here... We are beyond exhausted... We are going to go right now to return the rental car and go have some breakfast.
