I hate them. They keep putting them in sushi when it dos nothing but add a texture of unappetizing mush! It's one of my biggest pet peeves. Sometimes I'll even push the bit of avocado out of them.

I've tried them every way imaginable and just don't like the taste. I had some ranch dressing which had avocado blended in and even that wasn't to my liking.

I looooove avocados! Cut it in half, leave it in the skin and slice it so you have a little bowl of avocado slices, sprinkle in some lemon juice, and just eat it. Sooo nummy.
