I LOVE lamb, but no thanks on the mint jelly!! Garlic and herb encrusted is fabulous..... we also cook a lot of Greek and Indian food with lamb.

Lamb has a fantastic aroma, way better than pork and beef in my opinion (but isn't as good as deer, pheasant, wild pig and other classical "forest meat") - and mint jelly, ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!! ^^

I love lamb, but I don't like mint jelly with it.
One of my favorites foods is lamb kabobs with cumin seeds, roasted over a flame.

I love it. If it were cheaper/easier to get, I would almost always use it in place of beef...although I only cook with meat maybe a 1/3 of the time to begin with...

We have only tried it once. It was disgusting, even the dog left it alone. I would still try it again because I think either I don't know how to prepare it or maybe it was just bad! It sounds so good on the cooking shows.

I have had lamb chops and loved them, not with mint jelly though. I don't really like mint so I think that's the last thing I'd want on there.

I don't eat it nor do I like it but my family uses it when making tomato sauce for pasta. Lamb is put in the sauce to simmer and cook usually along with meatballs and sausages. I will eat the sauce that's had the lamb cooking in it but I won't eat the lamb itself.
