I like flavor, but I don't like hot food. I don't want my food to hurt me, and my perception of hot food is pain and NOT good, endorphin releasing pain. Just awful, icky, nagging pain that goes on an on.

My husband LOVES hot food, and even grows habanero peppers (and others) to use. Although he knows better than to put them in anything I eat. I think he just has a lack of taste buds and can't taste subtle flavors and needs to blast his mouth with loud painful intensity to feel anything. YUCK!
