I just want to thank Vaccinium for stepping in to do this meeting. I can say that he did a great job in little time!

Gnocchi! I'm glad I could drop by even if a bit late, it was fun! And the pictures were great.

I hope my Gnocchi turn out as nice looking!

How does that work...she gives ingredients and we figure out how to use them in a recipe?

As long as you don't overboil them, I have no doubt they'll turn out quite well.

I am currently leaving all old challenges open. I like that as more people find the club, they might have something amazing to contribute there, too!

I'm the only one who submitted anything! I was so lonely!

I imagine you have as much time to make it as it takes Alys to post the new challenge. Of course, you can do it any time and we'll all enjoy eyeballing the results.

I checked out that EF Iron Chef and all I can say to that is... KOHLRABI SUSHI?! Wow! Major props, about all I can think of with kohlrabi is maybe grating it and using it in a stirfry.

It is a yummy but tragically underused veggie. I'm sure we have some at the store right now though... hm.
