Everyone ready for this month’s Guess the Gadget contest?

Here’s how it goes:

I’ll post a series of pictures of the mystery kitchen gadget and the first person to guess correctly will win the $25 EdenFantasys gift card.

Everyone ready?

I'm doing all right! I just got back from supper and checked my Twitter and lo and behold, there was a tweet indicating it was time for a cooking club meeting so I decided to see if I was welcome to sneak in. ^_^

Did someone say storms? Had one go through here and took out my internet for about two hours now.

So sorry I missed out. It looks scrumptious.

Two questions. Is there a reason that you boiled the potatoes with the skins on, or can they be peeled before?
Is there a way to make it without the wine? We are not wine drinkers so any we buy would most likely go to waste.
