I use Bisquick with a twist of my own. Toffee, nuts, chocolate chips, (dark) and seasonal fruit topping with whipped cream!

I love all types of pancakes, but I didn't know there were so many varieties until I saw your poll! I think I had a multigrain-type one before. It was good, but not as good as "plain" with mix-ins. When I'm in a hurry I make some Bisquick pancakes with almond milk and strawberry applesauce mixed in. It's totally yum! Sometimes I'll even add in chia seeds. *drools*

I think I'll make some tomorrow.
