BABY BUNNIES! Too cute!
(My medium dog found and ate one recently and then dragged what was left onto the porch. I was so horrified and started screaming. Couldn't she have captured like a mouse, rat, mole, or something useful rather than an innocent baby bunny??? It left me feeling like that dog was a murderer. Poor lil baby.)

Heh, when I was a child - maybe 7 or 8 years old at most - my family's German Sheppard killed a rabbit all over the snow on our back porch..... on Easter morning. Talk about horrifying! I was convinced she had killed the Easter Bunny.
Per a suggestion of Sam (aka Jul!a), I figured I'd start a thread where anyone interested can post their photos for others to view. This will be separate from the Eden Photographers Club posting of photos to be critiqued, so feel free to post

Per a suggestion of Sam (aka Jul!a), I figured I'd start a thread where anyone interested can post their photos for others to view. This will be separate from the Eden Photographers Club posting of photos to be critiqued, so feel free to post whatever you want here for others to enjoy, not to analyze with a critical eye.
To work, the photos will need to be hosted at a photo-hosting site like Flickr, Photobucket, Zoomr, etc., and then linked via the bottom code listed under the Links and formatting "i" above where you type in your post.

That's barely the half of it! From the Grand Canyon we drove south into Mexico and followed the Pacific Coast as far as it went, then turned inland and drove North through the mountains back home to Ontario.... All told about 30,000km.
Great photos! I believe that is a green sea turtle (Chelonia mydas) in the bottom photo, by the way.
It totally is. I say 'honu' because my mom, who I went to Hawaii with, loves it.
Funny story about that photo, we went to Punalu'u and our lovely tour guides (friends who recently moved back to the continental U.S.) told us that tourists come to see the turtles, but they had only seen maybe three on the actual beach the whole time they had lived there. My sister and I were standing on some rocks watching a couple of them pop there little heads out of the water several yards offshore, and she almost stepped on this one, which had washed up right behind us.
