Well, it's all totally subjective. I haven't written a review in ages and I've written long reviews myself, but I don't worry about pleasing everyone. I see people say they put in every single thing they can think of, but if they get a less than EU vote, they want to know what they could've added to the review to get the EU. Not only due to that, I think. If you compare reviews of the same products - let's say... - 2 years ago and now, they are totally different. I also noticed that there are much more pics in reviews even comparing with the beginning of 2011 when I just joined the community.
